Stinging heart

”Why is it inappropriate?” The punk who was smashed opened his mouth. He looked at Ivelle and said with a bad smile, ”Is that why you smashed me with a glass just now?”

Ivelle nodded. ”I broke it by accident. I’m sorry!”

”Fuck! You want to die!” With that, the punk raised his stick at her. Maisie and Ivelle dodged at the same time, then they picked up a beer bottle and smashed it at him.

The few people who were with the ugly man originally planned to just watch the scene but when they saw her fighting back with Maisie, they all picked up the sticks in their hands and attacked us.

Maisie and Ivelle knew how to fight more or less, so there was nothing to lose in dealing with a few gangsters. When the police came, several people were injured. Fortunately, it was not serious, they were all taken to the police station.

Ivelle made a statement at the police station. Although Maisie and she were victims, they also took part in the fight, so they needed to find someone to pay for the bail.

Maisie was an orphan, and she had no other friends in Hempstead, so she had no choice but to wait for Ivelle to find someone to bail them out.

It was a weekday, she knew that the company was very busy during this time, and also, she was not good at communication. She also had no friends around her. After she thought about it for a long time, she mastered the courage to make a phone call to Brad.

The phone rang twice and got through. The other person at the end of the line didn’t speak. Ivelle felt a little embarrassed. I said, ”Brad, I’m really sorry to bother you at this point. Could you do me a favor? Something happened to me. I’m at the police station. Could you come over here for a moment? ”

When she heard that there was no response on the other end of the phone, she paused and asked again, ”Dr. Silverman, please.”

After a long time, a word came from the other end of the phone, ”Ivelle!”

That voice was really familiar to her. It was Jordan!

Why was he the one who took the phone call?

Ivelle was frightened for a moment. She stuttered and said, ”Jordan.”

”Address!” Before she finished, the other end of the line spoke coldly.

She knew that Jordan was in a bad mood at this time.

”The police station!” After she gave the address, the phone was hung up.

Maisie looked at her and said something, ”Why don’t you just call Jordan? You have to do something!”

Ivelle was speechless. ”When I came out of the villa, Jordan was drunk. I thought he was still resting so I called Brad. I didn’t expect that he will be the one to answer.”

She didn’t expect Jordan to receive that call.

Half an hour later, Jordan entered the police station surrounded by a group of people. The man was cold, fierce, and handsome. He would take a picture of himself as long as he stood without saying a word.

Moreover, there were reports of him in the city’s financial headlines every day, so his arrival attracted people in the police station to greet him one after another.

When Maisie saw this, She patted her on the shoulder and said, ”I can understand why you are so infatuated with him. After all, he’s God’s favorite! Becoming Mrs. Astley alone is a title that countless young girls look forward to, not to mention that you are sleeping with him every day.”

She was saying this after she advised Ivelle to divorce Jordan. Sure enough, women were also fickle.

After Jordan negotiated with the people in the police station and signed the papers. They told Maisie and Ivelle that they could go.

In front of the police station.

The policeman who detained us looked at Ivelle and said, ”If you two encounter the same situation in the future, just call the police, don’t do it!”

Maisie and Ivelle looked at each other. They smiled at the policeman and said thank you.

Looking back, Maisie whispered, ”Damn it, if we won’t fucking do it, they will just wait for the police to collect our body!”

Ivelle was about to say something but she felt a cold look. Ivelle saw Jordan standing next to his black jeep in a black suit.
