Stinging heart

There have been so many things that were happening recently. She didn’t know how to deal with them, so she just went to Maisie directly.

Time bar.

It was still early and there were a few people inside. Maisie ordered a cocktail and handed it to her. ”Why are you here at this time? Is something wrong?”

She was watching the person dancing on the hot pole on the stage. She was hearing the deafening music and screams mixed. She shook her head slightly, put down the cocktail that was placed on her mouth. She looked at her and said, ”It’s nothing. I’ll come and sit down with you.”

”Did Jordan bully you again?” Maisie opened her mouth, she was speechless for some time and said, ”If you really cannot live with him, hurry up to divorce him, with your good-looking figure, what kind of man will not love you? Why are you doing this to yourself? Do you plan to suffer for the rest of your life? Aren’t you tired? ”

Maisie has always been outspoken, she and Ivelle were very close to each other.

When Ivelle handed her the ultrasound picture in her bag, she said a little helplessly, ”Even if I have a beautiful face and a good figure, what kind of man do you think can accept it if I already have a child?”

Maisie snatched the ultrasound from her hand. She looked at it carefully, looked at it again and again, she looked at her with wide eyes, and said, ”6 weeks? Aren’t you and Jordan not close to each other? How did you conceive?”

”Do you remember the day when Jordan came to pick me up when I was drunk last month?” Snatching the picture from her hand, Ivelle opened her mouth.

She stared at her wide-eyed, surprised and speechless. She said half-loudly, ”What are you going to do now?”

Ivelle shook her head, she was confused.

”Let’s do it!” Maisie said, ”You and Jordan are not in a good relationship in the first place and now the old man was gone. If you keep this child, something will happen sooner or later. You and Jordan will be divorced. Your life is still long, you can’t love only one person all your life.”

Ivelle was a little distracted and saw that there were more people in the bar. Ivelle looked at Maisie and said, ”Go and entertain the guests. I’ll stay here for a while.”

When Maisie saw that she wouldn’t listen to her word, she stopped saying it. She glanced at Ivelle and replaced the cocktail she gave her with fruit juice.

As the night deepened, the people in the bar gradually became lively. Maisie was so busy that she had no time to talk to her. She found a corner to sit in a daze.

As she was looking at the men and women shuttling back and forth under the bright lights, Ivelle was distracted for a moment.

Suddenly, there was an accident in the bar, she didn’t react for a moment but the shrill screams and noise came to her senses.

She didn’t know when the thugs came to the bar and were making trouble around Maisie. Many of the guests who came had left and the noisy music was turned off.

She sat in the corner, the light was dim, so it was not easy to be seen. She saw Maisie surrounded by a few thugs, all with sticks in their hands.

She was able to tell at a glance that they were here to find trouble but Maisie was very calm. She was looking at several people as she said, ”Are you here to make trouble or to have fun?”

”I’m here to find trouble, little girl. Why don’t you just play with our brothers if you dare?” The leading gangster opened his mouth and reached out to touch Maisie’s face.

Before the pig’s hand touched Maisie, Ivelle threw the orange juice cup in her hand.

It suddenly hit his hand, the punk covered his arm and shouted painfully, ”Who hit me?”

”Me!” When Ivelle got up from my seat, she looked at the thugs in front of her. Ivelle also looked at Maisie and saw her looking at her anxiously and said, ”Why are you still here?”

She was speechless. It looked like this guy thought she was gone.

Maisie glanced at Ivelle and said, ”I am here, what do you want?”

”Stupid!” Maisie said, she came in front of me, protected me, and whispered, ”Quickly find a chance to slip away.”

Ivelle knew that she was worried about her, so she didn’t say much. She just looked at the punk whom she threw the glass to and said, ”Is it appropriate for a few big men to bully a little girl?”
