Stinging heart

It was New Year’s Eve, and it snowed unexpectedly in the capital. Because of Alice Astley, she couldn’t go to the Biden family. So only the Biden family and Alice Astley went to the villa. It took them the whole day to have dinner, and it was getting dark. Frida Biden was already full and satisfied. She is a talkative person and had talked a lot that day. Alice Astley had been alone for a long time, but she likes listening to her very much.

Erin had been busy picking up food for everyone and urged everyone to eat more. So, Andrew Biden picks up foods for her and asked her to eat more occasionally. Blossom had been saying, ”I’m going to see the fireworks later. Mom, hurry up and let’s go together.” She nodded and looked at the extra piece of meat on her plate, then looked up at Jordan Astley’s warm and moist eyes. He smiled at her and said, ”The steak is very tender. You should eat more.” She smiled back and nodded. Frida Biden told her, ”If you are happy, you must follow your heart. I think so.”

She couldn’t help the joy in her heart. She took some food for Jordan Astley, then she smiled and said, ”Eat more!” Then they continued to eat their foods. Erin and Andrew Biden smiled at each other and looked at him with warm eyes. It was perfect, with the right people there and the right time. It’s been so long since the villa had with those kinds of laughter.

After dinner, Erin and Alice Astley led everyone out of the kitchen, and then they watched the fireworks in the yard. The city is rich, and fireworks are not allowed in the capital if it is not for the holidays. Therefore, every year, the fireworks in the evening were especially precious. Frida Biden looked up at the snowy sky with a serious face and said, ”Later, when the fireworks come, I will seriously make a wish.” Zayn Heather hugged her and smiled, ”What do you want to wish?” After she had thought about it, Frida Biden said, ”I hope our baby will be healthy.” The two looked at each other and smiled.

Then Frida Biden looked back to see Jordan Astley and saw that he was looking at her too, so she could not help but asked, ”Do you have any wishes?” He smiled and shook his head. ”If you want to know about my wish, it is that I hope we are all well.” She thought that his wish is so shallow that she can’t help it, opened her mouth, and said with worry, ”What kind of wish is that? You can make another one.” He looked the other way, smiled, and asked her, ”Do you have any wishes?”

She thought about it and said, ”I hope we will have a lovely baby in the future.” He looked at her for a long time, his eyes as deep as a picture.

Then the fireworks show began, they look so beautiful in the sky that people can hardly close their eyes.

She unconsciously looked up at the fireworks, could not help but be a little excited, then pulled Jordan Astley’s arm and said, ”Jordan, fireworks, fireworks, look.” Without worrying about him, she held her hands toward fireworks and then said, ”I hope we can have a lovely baby.” The old once said that there are immortals that lived in the northeast and northwest of the sky. Because they are far away and lonely, they have always liked to catch flying meteors. Some meteors hide the wishes of small human beings. If the immortals pity them, they will help them accomplish those wishes. And many people made wishes on the meteors hoping that the immortal can catch the meteor where they made a wish.

When she was a child in the alley of Primrose, she could always see meteors from time to time, so she made a lot of wishes. Maybe too many wishes that she had forgotten what she wished when she was a child. Since moving to Hempstead, where there are no meteors but instead only brighter and more eye-catching fireworks than meteors were fleeting, with sad growth, so she could no longer make a wish.

So that time, she believed and hoped that she and Jordan Astley would have a child. She felt the warm, in the arms of Jordan Astley, who wrapped his arms around her. With his low and introverted voice, he said shallowly in her ears, ”Ivelle Weld, I owe you a wedding.” She couldn’t help it, so she smiled and looked up at him. The gorgeous fireworks were reflecting on his face that looked particularly handsome. ”Jordan Astley, I don’t want a wedding. I just want you to stay with me all the time.”
