Stinging heart

”Well, I’m shameless. I’m going to take care of his physical problems when I’m pregnant, so Miss Blakely, you can call him crazily.” She really didn’t disgust her. She just hated the feeling of entanglement day and night. She was very tired.

Before the heartbreaking cry of Nicole came, Ivelle hung up ahead of time.

Throwing her phone aside, she pinched her eyebrows and looked up to see Jordan standing at the bathroom door. A pair of dark and cold eyes really stared at her.

She was not shy, and said, ”Nicole’s phone call was too noisy, so I answered it, and she wants you to accompany her.”

Lying in bed, it was already a midsummer day, and she always felt so cold that she couldn’t help but shrink into the quilt.

”Well, what did you reply?” When he asked the question, his eyes were dark and his tone was very faint, as if he was just asking casually and had no other meaning.

”I told her to call you later.” Huddled in the quilt, it felt a little warm, and so she closed her eyes to brew her drowsiness.

His low laughter was faintly heard in the air. The position beside her sank, and the hair on her forehead was pulled aside by him.

She opened her eyes to him.

He smiled. ”Ivelle, I’m your husband. Another woman called me in the middle of the night to accompany me. Shouldn’t you quarrel with me?”

She was stupefied. She got up from bed, looked at him, and said, ”Then don’t stay here tonight. Go somewhere else.”

He froze, raised his hand, rubbed her forehead, and said helplessly, ”You are my wife, so even if we quarrel, we will be in the house.”

Knowing that she could not beat him, she did not say a word and laid down again.

Her waist was pulled by him. He pulled her in his arms, and he picked up his eyebrows, ”So you’re just going to sleep?”

She was a little irritated by him. She looked at him and said, ”My hands are sore. Go to the bathroom and do it yourself. People can’t stand it every day, not to mention pregnant women.”

The color of his eyes deepened slightly, and the smile at the corners of his mouth deepened. ”It’s an honor to make you think I’m so strong.”

She?

Was this tough?

Ignoring him, she closed her eyes to rest.

His voice softened a little. ”Don’t rush to sleep. Don’t you like it when it’s wet? Get up and dry me before you go to sleep.”

She twisted her eyebrow and said, ”Do it yourself.”

Jordan’s chin pressed against her shoulder, and his hands were very familiar. ”Some things are done by husband and wife together.”

Forget it. Just go on like this. She was not going to sleep.

Getting up from his arms, she sat up straight, picked up the towel he had thrown aside, and half knelt on the bed to wipe his hair.

He had some drops of water on his upper body, and she pursed her lips. Didn’t he know how to wipe himself before going to bed?

”You got the bed wet!” She opened her mouth, and her eyes fell on the wet patch under him. She was a little displeased. ”Next time you are still wet, don’t go to bed to rest yet.”

He chuckled. ”OK, next time you wipe it for me in the bathroom.”

She pursed her lips and ignored him.

Drying him, she laid down and went back to sleep. He didn’t know what to do. He turned around and came back with some bottles and cans in his hand.
