Stinging heart

”Go and take a bath!” His voice made me stop daydreaming.

Looking back coldly, I saw Jordan’s looking at me, deep and unfathomable. With us staring at each other, I felt guilty and hurriedly went to the bathroom.

The water in the bathroom was loud, but I could still hear the noise in the bedroom. I thought it was Jordan’s phone that rang, but when I came out of the bathroom, I saw him holding my cell phone and he handed it coldy to me.

When I realized that he had answered my phone, I couldn’t help but go up and look at him and say, ”Who is it?”

He didn’t say anything and handed me the phone with a cold look on his face.

After answering the phone, I took a look to check who it was. It was Parker Wesley. I could not help but furrow my eyebrows. ’Why was he calling at this hour?’

I put the phone to my ear and said, ”Hello, Boss Wesley!” My politeness seemed fake, but I also avoided looking at Jordan Astley.

From the corners of my eyes, I saw him leaning against the imperial concubine’s chair, playing with his mobile phone with a serious look on his face.

”I asked someone to take care of the headlines. I will hold a press conference if necessary.” On the other end of the line, Parker said and seriously.

It was rare to see him like this. I nodded, ”OK, thank you!”

”No!” He seemed to have something on his mind, his voice buzzing, ”One day, I will make you openly and legally become Mrs. Wesley.”

I raised my forehead and said, ”Go to bed early!” This topic cannot continue. Jordan’s eyes have already looked at me impatiently.

Parker couldn’t say anything, so I just hung up the phone, and put my phone aside. I looked at Jordan and said, ”It was about the headlines, he ...”

In the middle of that, I felt that my explanation was a bit of a cover-up, so I shut up and turned around to sit on the bed with a bath towel and wipe my hair.

But the bath towel in my hand was taken away, and I looked back and saw the person who was playing with his cell phone on the concubine’s chair standing behind me. Without waiting for me to react, Jordan began to wipe my hair.

The two of us were so quiet that neither of us wanted to speak.

Before long, when my hair was almost dry, he threw the towel aside and said in a low, cold voice, ”Lie down!”

’Me?’

As I saw that he had taken the essential oil and his slender body was half kneeling on the bed, I was shocked and saw that he was going to wipe the essential oil for me.

His face was a little hot. I looked at him and said, ”Don’t bother, I can do it myself.”

With his gloomy eyes, he didn’t say anything.

Jordan said nothing, poured the essential oil skillfully into the palm of his hand, and then began to massage my calf. The atmosphere was a little weird. I wanted to say something, but I couldn’t find the right word for a while.

”Are you still angry?” I didn’t take it seriously. I looked at Jordan and felt a little bothered.

His men’s movements suddenly stopped, a pair of black eyes looked at me, the voice was low and sultry, ”Uncomfortable?”

I was stupefied. I didn’t respond to what he meant. I thought he was talking about my leg cramp, which was originally pulled out by Yeardly in order to ease our relationship. I shook my head slightly, ”It’s all right!”

I didn’t know why he suddenly stopped massaging me and got up to leave. I grabbed him out of instinct and said hurriedly, ”Jordan, if you are still angry, that’s okay, but don’t be so cold to me, will you?”

He looked at me with a sneer in his face, ”Get angry? Do you think you can vent your anger?”

Seeing that his face was low and cold, I lowered my eyes and bit my lips. I sat up from the bed and lay clumsily on him.

Maybe he thought I was too stupid, so he just pushed me away, looked at me and said, ”Are you using such a poor technique to tease me?”

I was speechless, Nana said, ”If I were good, you wouldn’t be so attached with Nicole these years.”

”Ivelle!” I was angry with what I said.

I said, ”I’m here!” Why are you shouting so loudly? it’s not that I can’t hear you.

”Oh!” He sneered. ”I’ve never seen an apology so justified.”

When he was done, he helplessly pulled me into his arms, hugged me tightly and said hoarsely, ”All right!”

I didn’t say anything. I didn’t mention to anyone what happened that day, since I didn’t see the man who kidnapped me.

It was all like a dream.

He carried me out of the bathroom and tossed about for a long time. I was a little sleepy in bed and leaned against Jordan’s arm.
