Global Era of Star trekking

Based on these two points, conventional space-patrol radars have great difficulty remotely capturing traces of the Soul Spirit Clan.

And since remote positioning is difficult, the only option is to send out Soldier Figurines to conduct these extremely inefficient carpet searches.

More than two hundred li south of the Melting Soul Mountain Range, two mountains hundreds of meters tall have given rise to a small valley in this region, and less than ten thousand meters from these two mountains, two escort ships are slowly approaching.

It is none other than Cangqiong and the Black Sea.

Looking ahead at the two mountains in front of him, Song Chi’s spirit steadied. As long as they passed over the valley beneath these mountains, their patrol mission for the day would be complete.

Compared to the uneventful patrol missions of the past several days, he had already decided that after returning, he would initiate the Fixed-Point Launch Pad and Brainwave Remote Control System on board Cangqiong, deploying the Third Rank Void Assassin Clan Soldier Figurines to the rear region controlled by the Soul Spirit Clan, to see if the Void Assassin Clan Soldier Figurines would yield other results.

After all, even if the Void Assassin Clan Soldier Figurines deployed were discovered and killed by the Soul Spirit Clan, they could be summoned again after 24 hours, causing absolutely no loss.

During these thoughts, the two warships were getting closer and closer to the mountain ahead. Just as Cangqiong was about a kilometer away from them, the side-mounted Silver III Generation Ultra-Wave Magic Energy Detection Radar suddenly emitted several alert tones.

Song Chi looked with divided attention, and upon seeing the detailed information on the radar, his eyes suddenly narrowed.

”The Soul Spirit Clan is here, retreat!”

As he quickly controlled Cangqiong to move backward, Song Chi also didn’t forget to loudly remind his second uncle.

Song Hai’s reaction was swift, and under his control, the Black Sea followed closely behind Cangqiong, quickly retreating.

It was at this instant that several two-headed chimeras with wingspans of 150 meters rapidly burst forth from the waist of the two mountains ahead.

All four chimeras were emitting energy fluctuations of the Second Rank Peak. They didn’t attack from afar by spitting out blazing fireballs; instead, they rapidly flapped their wings, pursuing Cangqiong and the Black Sea with the utmost speed.

After prolonged battles, not only had the Song family gained a further understanding of the Soul Spirit Clan, but the Soul Spirit Clan, in turn, had been studying the Song family’s people and the Alien Torch Warships, which appeared particularly peculiar in their eyes.

They had already realized one thing: long-range attacks posed no fatal threat to Torch Warships equipped with Energy Shields.

It was only possible to deal with a Torch Warship of the same rank with the fastest speed by getting close and striking the hull of the warship with their bodies directly.

However, their plan clearly wasn’t going to succeed this time.

Although the previous days of deliberate hiding had indeed caused Song Chi and his comrades to relax a bit instinctively, a slight mental relaxation did not mean negligence. It simply meant that they were no longer on high alert every single day, while their fundamental vigilance had never been lowered.

Moreover, the Silver III Generation Ultra-Wave Magic Energy Detection Radar equipped on Cangqiong had a special detection advantage for biological energy fluctuations.

Within this distance of less than a kilometer, even with the camouflage of the Second Rank Soul Spirit Clan’s soul wave force field, it was difficult for chimeras of Second Rank size and a volume of 150 meters to be completely hidden.

Therefore, even if the four two-headed chimeras, enhanced by the original source rules to Second Rank Peak strength, flapped their wings all they could, they were utterly incapable of catching up to the two escort ships that had retreated earlier.

Seeing this, a few Second Rank Soul Spirit Clan members hidden behind the scenes immediately issued an order to stop the pursuit to the four two-headed chimeras through the soul imprints in their minds.

In the Cangqiong Main Control Room, seeing that the four chimeras were no longer pursuing, Song Chi swiftly turned Cangqiong around.
