Global Era of Star trekking

While Song Chi was easily crushing his opponents, the battlefield where his elders were fighting was exceedingly fierce. The lower ranked members of the Blood Blade Star Thieves, due to their inferior status, were generally allocated very few resources, resulting in their flagships having generally weak combat power.

However, these Second Rank Torch Ship Captains were different. As the absolute upper echelon of the Star Thieves, even though the lion’s share of the spoils from each plunder needed to be handed over to the Moruo Royal Family, the smaller portion divided among these few was still terrifyingly significant.

Aboard the Qingkong, Song Chao’s expression was grim:

”Each of their flagships averages more than two purple components, and even the main cannon, engine, and energy shield on the Blood Wolf are purple components, along with one more special purple component. They’re excessively luxurious, making it difficult for us to end this battle within four hours.”

In the communication channel, Song Hai, Song Yang, Zhao Hongxue, and others also had serious expressions. The Second Rank Torch Warships of the Blood Blade Star Thieves far exceeded their initial estimates, prolonging the fight that was supposed to be quick and decisive.

If there were no other limitations, it actually wouldn’t matter much since they still had Chen Lixia acting from outside, and the longer the time dragged on, the scales of battle would inevitably tip in their favor.

But the problem was that the effect of the ”Void Prison” spatial blockade could only last for four hours. If they couldn’t end the battle within this time frame, there was no telling what kind of chain reaction that might trigger.

”Let Li Xia join the battle. The kids are not bad, especially Little Chi. Those remnants of the Star Thieves pose no great threat to them!”

”Good!”

After agreeing, the Dragonfly, which had been hovering outside the battlefield, quickly joined in. With the addition of an escort ship, the balance of the battlefield was finally broken. The six escort ships of the Blood Blade Star Thieves gradually fell into a disadvantage, and for the Song family, the situation began to improve.

Tens of thousands of meters away, three kilometer-long warships were exchanging fire. The horrifying Third Rank ship cannons fired with a terrifying ring of energy, creating new spatial cracks at their points of impact.

Although this space was temporarily sealed by orange components, the continuous spread of spatial cracks and spatial currents over the past thousands of years had significantly weakened the space in this region. Under the onslaught of Third Rank ship cannons from within, it couldn’t hold on, despite the sealing effect of the orange components.

Inside the main control room of the Blood Blade, the fierce visage of Blood Knife flashed with a bloody hue as he activated a special component on the warship.

As a ring of light passed over the Blood Blade, the two cruisers, Furious Lion and Mountain, opposite it, jerked simultaneously, then uncontrollably collided with each other.

Within the Furious Lion, Song Mingsong’s eyes flashed with a sharp light.

”It’s a magnetic field, boss, activate the Steadfast Aura!”

As his words fell, rings of light similarly appeared on both cruisers, forming two invisible auras encompassing both the Furious Lion and the Mountain.

With the appearance of these auras, the two warships were no longer controlled by the Blood Blade’s magnetic field and continued to fire relentlessly at the Blood Blade.

It was only because the energy shields on the Blood Blade were of orange quality that they hadn’t collapsed under the continuous attack from the two cruisers.

Seeing that the magnetic field was ineffective, Blood Knife once again activated another special component on the warship.

As a Torch Ship Captain who had lived for nearly six hundred years, Blood Knife had handled too many strange objects. As a result, the 44 special slots on the Blood Blade were already full a hundred years ago, providing the Blood Blade with numerous tactical options.

Suddenly, a clanging metallic sound emanated from the front of the Blood Blade. In an instant, the two main cannons at the bow were retracted into the body of the warship. In their place appeared a sharp protrusion made of Yuejin Metal.

”Ram Horn, be careful of the enemy’s close approach!”

Song Mingsong, having seen and known a lot, immediately recognized the Yuejin Ram Horn and alerted the Mountain in time for it to react.
