The President is Being Shameless Again

And then he turned to the person from management and said, “I live here with my sister. I saw that he was trying to get in just now. I’m always working outstation and my sister lives here alone. You have to add more security guards in your residential area, if not, everyone can come in and it will be dangerous. If something were to happen, I won’t forgive you.”

After saying this, he handed over a business card to the person from management.

When he saw that Yu Han was a lawyer, he knew that he was not someone to be messed with. If something were to happen, then they would definitely be sued.

No wonder this man was so good at speaking.

The person from management quickly put away the card to show Yu Han that he had nothing to worry about.

Then, he turned to Yue Jingchen and said, “Sir, I’m sorry, but if you don’t have anyone to verify your visitation, then we have to ask you to leave.”

Yue Jingchen was not willing to budge, but Yu Han would not verify him, and he definitely would not let him contact Yu Zi.

Come to think of it, Yu Zi would not want to verify him either.

Thus, Yue Jingchen could only leave with a glum expression.

After this, Yu Han got into his car and left.

When the two of them had left, Yan Huaian drove his car into the underground parking lot.

He took the elevator straight to the 12th floor and went to the door of unit 1202.

As he was about to open the door, the door of unit 1201 behind him opened and out came Yu Zi.

She was holding her purse, phone, and keys. She was about to go buy some groceries from the supermarket.

She had wanted to cook for dinner, but then noticed that she did not have enough ingredients.

When she came out, the door on the opposite end was open, and she saw a man in a suit with his back facing her.

The man got into the house before she could see him clearly.

He left the impression that he was someone remarkable, and even though Yu Zi only caught a glance of him, she could feel that he was someone elegant and handsome.

She was just not sure if he was the new resident staying opposite her.

Yu Zi shook her head to stop herself from thinking so much and then headed to the supermarket near her residential area.

Since it was so near, Yu Zi decided to walk there as exercise.

When Yan Huaian went inside the house, he saw Liu Jiamu with the blueprint, telling the workers where to place the furniture.

When Liu Jiamu saw Yan Huaian, he called out, “Senior.”

Yan Huaian had indeed bought this house in a very urgent manner.

When Liu Jiamu caught wind of the fact that the previous owner wanted to sell this house, he informed his boss, and Yan Huaian immediately bought it. He even added 100,000 yuan more so that the owner would hurry up and sell it to him.

Most of the people buying houses would try to haggle to lower the price, but since this man did not try to bargain, and even wanted to increase the price, the owner was more than happy to sell it to him.

After this, the furniture was all moved out with the help of Liu Jiamu.

Liu Jiamu knew that Yan Huaian was in a hurry, but he did not expect Yan Huaian to be in such a hurry that he asked Liu Jiamu to immediately contact the moving company to move the furniture from his previous place here.

The problem was that Yan Huaian’s previous place was a lot bigger than this place. As a result, they could not fit a lot of furniture here.

In the end, they only moved the sofa, coffee table, television cabinet, dining table, chairs, and the bed over.

Meanwhile, the house had already been furnished by the developer. There were a water heater, closet, and cabinets in the kitchen. The previous owner also did not bring along their 60 inch LCD TV with them.

Yan Huaian was not picky about this. He did not watch a lot of television, so he did not bring his own television over.

The good thing about this house was that one could move in straight after bringing over some basic furniture.

The house was basically 70-80% furnished.

By now, the workers had already placed the furniture in the bedroom. After they were done with a room, the cleaning lady would clean up the area.

The room was now habitable, and it was up to Yan Huaian’s standards. Thus, the workers left after he checked the room and saw that there were no problems. The cleaning lady also left after making sure that everything was cleaned and that the house looked brand new.

After they left, Yan Huaian took out a Roomba from the box and let it glide around the floor to see if there was any leftover dust.
