The President is Being Shameless Again

Chapter 358: His Eyes Were Covered Under The Shadow Of His Hair, It Was Difficult To Tell What He Was Thinking

“She may have left the industry, but I can tell you that 9 out of 10 of the current popular CVs within the industry had all been supported or helped by her in one way or another before. When Mo Xiaoqing asked her to be her mentor, Bie Zhi agreed. Bie Zhi was already planning to do commercialized voiceovers and had accepted a television drama job. She trusted Mo Xiaoqing, but Mo Xiaoqing abused that trust and damaged Bie Zhi’s vocals while she went for voiceover tryouts. This ended with Mo Xiaoqing replacing Bie Zhi and taking over her commercial voiceover work. Not long after, Bie Zhi left the industry. Even though Bie Zhi hasn’t nothing, we suspect that it has something to do with that day. She might be heartbroken after being betrayed by her disciple or sad because she hurt her vocals, but it definitely has something to do with Mo Xiaoqing.”

Lonely Sail Distant Shadow was also widely worshipped within the industry. He had far more fans that Mo Xiaoqing did, and had a huge following as he was a male CV.

Fans came to his support the moment he voiced out on the issue. Soon enough, they began criticizing Mo Xiaoqing too.

“She doesn’t need to destroy someone else’s living just for the sake of moving up the ladder. How could she damage her own mentor’s voice? She is so terrible for ending another’s livelihood.”

“This was such a big story back then. I had followed the issue then as well. What I didn’t expect was for Sweet Wasabi to actually be Mo Xiaoqing. No wonder Sweet Wasabi disappeared after the story blew up. I thought she had retired from the voiceover industry. No one would have thought she was still within the industry doing commercial voiceover work. Why bother pretending to be a pure white lotus with such a character?! Goodbye.”

Jiu Meier, “I work in management in Fan Hua Sings. I have always felt a great sense of injustice about what happened back then, and had even kept a photo of the situation. I wanted to post it for everyone to know, but Bie Zhi stopped me. She said that Mo Xiaoqing was her disciple and that she was planning on retiring from the industry anyway. Thus, there was no need to escalate the matter and to end things there. She’ll just never see Mo Xiaoqing again. I’ve always felt angry about it as Bie Zhi is such a good person, so how could I allow that bitch to get away with it so easily? It’s not easy for a rookie to get a mentor. Most would only be accepted as a disciple if they had strong contacts. Mentors would only take up disciples because of their friendship or respect for another party. Mo Xiaoqing came into the industry as a newbie without any background or connections. She cycled through a large number of popular voiceover actors only to find that no one was willing to take her. Bie Zhi knew that it was not easy for a young girl to make it on her own and took her under her wing, yet, in the end, she betrayed Bie Zhi. I’ve saved the chats between her and Bie Zhi that show how much Mo Xiaoqing did to get into Bie Zhi’s good books as she won her over with sweet words. It’s so disgustingly sweet that it would induce anyone to throw up upon reading it. Yet, in the end, she caused Bie Zhi to leave the industry and turned into a whole other person the moment things changed. She started boasting and formed a high opinion of herself in the agency. I won’t say much more though, as everyone can just look at her posts. Mo Xiaoqing’s old account of Sweet Wasabi is still around. Here is the link to it. Everyone can see for yourself what they have in common.”

Later, everyone within the industry, including top voiceover actors and unknown ones still working their way up, shared the post. Many of these top voiceover actors were newbies when the tragedy happened but were still aware of what had happened. Therefore, they too contributed the evidence they had on hand as well.

“Mo Xiaoqing has deleted all the content in her Sweet Wasabi account, but luckily I was quick to copy the posts. They included selfies, clothes, hand gestures, and backgrounds that had previously appeared in Mo Xiaoqing’s Weibo. Everyone can judge for themselves whether or not the previous claims were true or false,” a netizen said as he shared a post.
