Beast Taming Patrol

“The tasks here are extremely varied, including all sorts of types.” Yan Susen’s expression turned a bit peculiar, “Some of the tasks are issued by the sect and are relatively standard, while others are posted by disciples and are hard to describe.”

“Disciples can post tasks too?” Lin Su blinked.

“Yes, they can be posted at the task registration counter.” Yan Susen nodded, “Just now, I saw a senior sister looking for a companion for her pet beast of the same species, offering three merit points upon success.”

“Another senior brother is looking for a sparring partner for his pet beast, offering five merit points for a fight, but the Beast Tamer must be female and good-looking. I could hear his plans from outside the Merit Hall.”

Lin Su: “???”

Indeed, the senior brothers and sisters are truly creative.

“Have you taken any tasks?” Lin Su curiously asked.

“Taking on tasks is a must. Although I’ve sold some unnecessary resources and acquired some merit, they’ll eventually run out.” Yan Susen smiled, pulling out his task token from his Space Ring and displaying it to Lin Su.

“I’ve picked up two tasks. One is to help watch over the plant-type alien beasts in the Reincarnation Realm daily, and the other is to be a sparring partner in the War Realm. Though the contribution points aren’t huge, the benefits will be significant.”

“These two tasks are quite competitive! It’s lucky I acted quickly!” Yan Susen boasted proudly.

Lin Su took the token, glanced at it, and nodded slightly.

The Tree Venerable’s species is the Wheel of Life and Death Tree, hence its territory is called the Reincarnation Realm. It sounds impressive, but it’s actually a place where Tree Venerable carefully attends to various plant and animal-type alien beasts.
