Our Dirty Little Secret

Seeing that the elevator had climbed to the top floor, the assistant asked carefully. ”Miss Katriel, do we have to see Elly?”

”Shut up!” Katriel cursed her assistant angrily. ”Why are we going to see her? We didn’t do anything.”

”But I’m the one who locked the door.” The assistant who had not finished was blocked by the bright eyes of Katriel. She closed her mouth, bowed her head obediently, and said respectfully. ”That’s right, we don’t know about it.”

”Press the elevator button downstairs.”

The moment the security guard opened the door, the light outside the door came in so that Elly could not help squinting her eyes, and her heart was finally put down.

Seeing Elly bowing her head by the door, Linda sat beside her and asked anxiously. ”How are you? Are you hurt?”

In the face of a series of questions from Linda, Elly shook her hand weakly. ”Nothing happened. I was a little dizzy. I probably didn’t eat all day.”

”Have you really been here all day?” Linda was surprised and suddenly remembered something. ”At 04:30 in the afternoon, I go out to have dinner with the customers, so I don’t know if you will go to the restaurant. Sorry.”

”I’m sorry, I’m out of luck.” Elly tried to stand up, but her eyes were dark and her body was rickety, thanks to Linda holding her back. Well, you must be worried about me.” ”That’s why I’m here, right?” ”Thank you very much! If you didn’t look for it in particular, I must have been locked in the morning.”

Hearing this, Linda wondered why Katriel returned to the company after work. Did she want to let Elly out? It’s just a guess. She doesn’t want to talk to Elly about it yet.

”OK, let me take you home, and then we’ll order outside.”

When Linda helped Elly to the door of the building, she recognized Alex’s expensive car at a glance. It was very conspicuous that he stood in front of the company yesterday, and today he is still standing outside the car, attracting a lot of curious eyes.

Alex was also so frightened that he stood and waited for 30 minutes before leaving work for two days in a row. Linda was fascinated.

Seeing Elly coming out of the company weakly, Alex threw the cigarette in his hand and came over anxiously.

”What’s her problem? What happened?” Alex asked Linda that he knew very well that even if he asked Elly, she did not answer.

”Because of some glitches, Elly was late for work this morning and was ordered by his boss to work in the reference room, and then was locked up for a whole day. There was nothing in her stomach in the morning or noon, and she was so hungry that he had low blood pressure.” Elly said. The more she said, the more she saw Alex’s face black. Linda strived for excellence to create opportunities for the two. ”I will give you Elly. Take good care of my friend.”

It’s like... Seeing that he had been thrown out like a thing by a good friend, Elly wanted to hold her forehead and did not have the strength. Linda’s insidious smile, she can understand, so she has such a cunning good friend who sympathizes with herself.

She looked up, met Alex’s fierce eyes, and listened to his scolding before she could speak.

”Didn’t I tell you to go home early yesterday? Why did you get up so late this morning? How long were you with him last night?”

The explanation was crammed down her throat, and she felt uneasy about his questioning. She wanted to restrain her discontent and temper, but it was difficult to do so in the face of this person.

Elly asked politely. ”What does it have to do with you when I come home and why I am late for work? Why are you yelling at me? Who interests you?” She put her hands behind your back.

He walked farther and farther, his hands moving from her waist, holding her arm tightly as if stroking. ”Did you really have a date last night?”

”Do men and women have dinner together, which is called a date?” Elly was struggling and weak, her strength was like a kitten acting coquettish to her owner, her legs were soft, and her body will only be deeply rooted in his heart. The strong smell of smoke confused her, and the hunger in her stomach was strongly protested.

”I don’t blame you! I’m afraid it’s dangerous for you to be late, or it will hurt your health to go out often, which proves that you were late for work this morning, right?”
