Gloria’s aura flared even more dangerously, the air around them growing heavy and oppressive. Her eyes glinted with a cold, predatory light as she took a slow step forward. Athine, Lithia, and Meira quickly channeled their mana, holding her back with visible effort.

Athine’s voice was calm, soft, but firm. “Gloria, please… calm down.”

Lithia held Gloria’s hand, gently lowering the warhammer. “Don’t kill them, Gloria. You know Prince Javier doesn’t want that.”

Meira let out a long, weary exhale, her tail swaying slowly as she held Gloria’s other arm with both hands. “Shiii shiii~ calm down, nya~”

Buddy strutted forward smugly, stopping in front of the three kneeling girls before sitting down with a smirk on his beak. Liana walked gracefully toward Gloria, her expression calm but her eyes sharp, and flicked Gloria’s forehead with a precise, quick motion.

“Ow! What was that for, First Wife?” Gloria’s aura vanished instantly, her eyes narrowing with a pout as she rubbed her forehead.

Liana exhaled, pinching the bridge of her nose before giving Gloria a sidelong glare. “Did you notice your surroundings? You’re surrounded by pregnant sisters-in-law. If your aura had affected them, do you think Young Master would be pleased?”

Gloria’s eyes widened, her cheeks flushing as she glanced around at Athine, Lithia, Meira, Harny, Zania, and Kliatana, who were all smiling softly. Some chuckled, covering their lips with quiet amusement, while others simply shook their heads fondly.

“A… ah… s… sorry!!” Gloria quickly bowed, her voice filled with genuine regret. “I didn’t mean to… I just got carried away…”

Liana’s gaze swept across the area, taking in the scene around her. Delya stood with her chocolate jar hugged tightly to her chest, her dreamy eyes observing the situation with quiet calm. Beside her, Felicia had her palm raised, a soft, glowing light fading as she lowered it, along with a faint shimmer in the air that indicated she and Delya had just finished channeling a barrier spell to reduce the impact of Gloria’s aura.

Mimi stood a short distance away, grinning sheepishly. One hand rubbed the back of her head while the other rested behind her back, her tail swaying slowly in an innocent.

Liana let out a long exhale before turning her attention back to Gloria. “Next time, please be more careful. I know all of our sisters-in-law, especially Princess Athine, are strong. But that does not mean you should let your emotions get the better of you.”

She paused, her gaze softening slightly as she glanced toward the three kneeling girls.

“As much as I wanted to punish them myself for what they did to Young Master, we must remember that this is also about welcoming the last girl of Young Master’s harem. Let us not make her first impression of us one of fear.”

Gloria turned her head in a pout, crossing her arms beneath her breast with her lips pursed in a dramatic huff. The massive white ore warhammer in her hand slowly dissolved into particles of light, vanishing completely.

She shot a sharp glare at the three kneeling girls, her voice cold and clipped. “You should all be lucky the First Wife is here. If not, I would have already made sure you were dead by now.”

She turned her head away with another huff, her arms still crossed.

Ashara and Jiowana slowly recovered from their heavy panting, their bodies trembling as they struggled to steady their breathing. Celine’s mind raced, a cold chill settling in her chest.
