Maximum Comprehension: Taking Care of Swords In A Sword Pavilion

Chapter 2332: 1088, are you the Defier of the Heavenly Dao who resides in the Jade Talisman Pavilion?

“Ancestor Master, here are the swords you requested.”

Wu Quan and Yun Lang Daoist brought ten three-foot-long swords to the third floor of the small building where Han Muye resided.

Yun Lang Daoist looked at the swords, slightly puzzled, saying, “Ancestor Master, these swords were refined by renowned masters in the city. At the Rebirth Realm, they are already top-notch weapons, but to become Weapons of Truth, I fear they might be somewhat inappropriate…”

The first step in the Art of Refinement in the Land of Truth is to select a weapon, then infuse it with one’s own Source Power and soul, creating the bearing points.

Weapons are sturdy, and the formless soul finds it difficult to reside within them; the vast influx of Source Power again risks easily damaging the swords.

Finding a suitable sword is easy, but to allow True Yuan and soul to persist within is difficult.

...
To reduce the difficulty for True Yuan and the soul to remain, many Artifact Refining Runemasters would cleverly choose weapons of inferior materials as carriers for the Seal of Truth.

The long sword previously prepared by Yun Lang Daoist was one such example.

That sword could not bear the extremely powerful strength of the soul and ultimately decayed and crumbled.

This is a drawback well known to all refining experts in the Supreme Realm.

Han Muye’s gaze fell upon these weapons, scanning them with his soul, a smile appearing on his face.

“Indeed, they are the handiwork of top-tier blacksmiths; the quality of these swords is quite good.”

The quality truly is good; each sword is incredibly stable within.

Such swords, if one were to create Source Power channels and establish soul-bearing points within them, would naturally possess formidable combat strength.

But for swords of this caliber, creating Source Power channels and infusing them with soul power is far too challenging.

However, this difficulty is relative only to ordinary Artifact Refining Runemasters.

For a blacksmith like Han Muye, from the Land of Illusion, creating channels and soul-bearing points within the swords with the strength of the soul is as easy as lifting a hand.

Once Yun Lang Daoist and Wu Quan left, streams of Flowing Light danced around Han Muye, and Source Power surged forth.

The Source Power enveloped each sword; then, with the swords trembling, the soul power was poured into them.

At this point, other runemasters would need to continuously refine the swords with all their soul and Source Power, nurturing them over the course of several years.

It’s like using a stream of water to continuously wash over the swords until the swords retain some of the water’s stain.

These water stains then need to be gradually condensed into the base layer for the Seal of Truth before the actual Carved Seal of Truth is inscribed, solidifying the power within.

Han Muye is different.

Around him, the swords trembled, and streams of Source Power rushed into the swords, after which the power of space enveloped them.

A space was opened up within the swords to store ample Source Power and soul.

Such weapon refinement methods did, in fact, have a legacy in the Supreme Realm before, but as the Supreme Realm’s traditions reformed and the legacy that consumed Source Power and strength of the soul and required control over spatial power was gradually abandoned.

Only an overhaul cultivator who transcended the Unity Realm Stage could master such weapon refinement methods.

How many cultivators above the Dao merge were there in the Supreme Realm now?

“Hum—”

Ten three-foot-long swords vibrated, and layers of Flowing Light appeared on them.

Space was opened, Source Power infused, and soul took residence.

Within each sword, layers of space were constructed, and then within the swords, the overlapping layers of power intertwined.

With a wave of his hand, a sword fell into his palm.

Golden Flowing Light flickered around Han Muye’s hand, transforming into streaks of the Seal of Truth and inscribing them onto the swords.

To outsiders, these swords appeared no different from the swords of other Talisman Masters; but in actuality, the soul and Source Power retained in this sword were a hundred times stronger than those in other swords of the same grade.

For instance, the swords refined by Master Lin Heng were embedded with thirty points for bearing Source Power and soul.

The swords in Han Muye’s possession had three thousand such points.
