Global Abyss: My Skills Can Enhance Infinitely

Chapter 909: Chapter 780: The Independent World is a Bit Strange (Thanks to Alliance Hierarch Li Mingqing Baudelaire)

“I’m absolutely furious, I asked what he’s been doing disappearing like a ghost every day, it’s killing me.”

Kushina kept eating the food Rin had cooked at the dining table, chattering away like a machine gun.

Naruto and Minato Namikaze were shivering on the side.

Kushina would get angry just by looking at the two blondies.

Tao Yu and Jiraiya were also at the dining table, trying to suppress their laughter.

It was Tao Yu who coughed and then spoke,

“Minato is famous, after all he’s the Fourth Hokage. It’s normal for his name to be borrowed, you may have misunderstood him. He was out hunting Cockroach People with Mr. Madara Uchiha recently.”

“Who knows if you guys have teamed up to deceive me.”

Kushina pursed her lips, but she was just venting and complaining a bit. She still trusted Minato.

The reason why Takigakure Village’s delegation traveled across the territory of the Cockroach People was to complete the alliance.

The ninjas from Takigakure Village found out that after leaving the EVA world, their abilities could improve a lot, and the closer they got to Konoha, the more their abilities were restored, hence this visit.

After several batches of Cockroach People were wiped out by Tao Yu’s plague, their numbers had decreased significantly. Thanks to the ninjas’ caution, the delegation took two months but safely arrived at Konoha.

This led to the succession of events.

“Don’t worry, I will give Minato a good lesson when the time comes.”

Tao Yu laughed and then turned to Minato Namikaze,

“How about it, come on a mission with me? But be warned, it’s quite dangerous, and you may be in a world that severely limits your abilities, think carefully.”

“Of course, no problem, your help to the Ninja World is significant, I’ll arrange an elite squad to accompany us,”

Minato Namikaze nodded repeatedly, ready to dodge the bullet.

However, this made Kushina worried again.

“Very dangerous? So dangerous that even you mention it?”

She was fuming, but Kushina was really just talking tough. She was quite concerned about Minato’s safety.

Even though she lacked a full understanding of Tao Yu’s real strength, the fact that he could freely collect Tailed Beasts and enthused both Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju, his strength was definitely way above Minato’s.

“Hmm, it’s mainly due to world restrictions, actually. Chakra inherently has regional characteristics from the Abyssal Fragment, and that other world might have its own suppression against external forces, amounting to a double restriction. However, the quality of you ninjas’ mission training is indeed impeccable…”

Tao Yu really did listen to the little rich woman’s advice, not that he was planning to send them on a suicide mission or anything.

But if it was convenient, it would be good to bring some ninjas into the mix for a more scattered approach.

At least have some reliable tools at hand.

Assuming it’s a similar level of suppression as the Mysterious World, then the role of ninjas might actually be amplified.

Not in terms of strength, but once spread out, they could collect information much more efficiently than just by himself.

“I just need to whitewash the local power a bit, and that’s good.”

Tao Yu also had his own definition of the ninjas’ early mission explorations in his heart.

“Ninjas are born for missions, and as the Hokage, I naturally have to lead by example.”

Seeing Kushina finally relenting a bit warmed Minato Namikaze’s heart.

“Then you go and lead by example, who cares about you…”

…

Though she said this, as the second day approached for departure to the EVA world, Kushina still gave Minato Namikaze a Fragrance Pouch-like amulet with her red hair inside.

“If you dare to flirt out there, I’ll slaughter you.”

Despite her worries, she still put on a fierce front.

“Don’t worry, I’ll bring you a gift when I return.”

Minato Namikaze stroked Kushina’s red hair while she showed no resistance.

“Daddy, make sure to stay safe.”

Little Naruto also yelled out loud, waving his little fists and bumped fists with Minato Namikaze, who had crouched down.

Madara Uchiha, who had activated the Indra Chakra, came over with a smug look and said,

“I don’t know what you see; you really should have let me go.”

“I need helpers to gather intelligence, your Impure Earth body is too conspicuous, and it’s also uncertain if that world would accept your Impure Earth powers,”

Tao Yu glanced at Madara Uchiha.
