Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2163: Chapter 2157: A Good Manager

Considering it this way, Qing Zhu felt she earned more since she gained a very loyal store manager, and the benefits brought by her are countless.

Because the business in her store was doing well, the manager always wanted to help her open a branch and even selected a location. However, since Qing Zhu wasn’t around, she hadn’t gone all out yet. She just scoped out the place, contemplating that if Qing Zhu didn’t show up within a month, she would make the decision to open a branch herself. Coincidentally, Qing Zhu appeared, and she made the decision to open a store. This way, she wouldn’t have to worry about the livelihood of her mother and herself.

Now hearing what Qin Xue said, she thought it wouldn’t hurt to join as a shareholder. She’s decided to be a strong woman in this era, a woman boss, and without major actions, how can she achieve that?

”Alright, but as always, I’m good with just contributing funds and ideas. The rest is up to you,” said Qin Xue, with no qualms.

She still felt good about being a hands-off partner, only needing to collect dividends, leaving the worrying matters to capable Qing Zhu.

”That’s fine with me. Let’s keep it like before: you guys contribute the most, I contribute a little, take care of the labor, then get paid a salary, and we split the profits,” Qing Zhu had done it this way previously with Qin Xue and Yingying, and none of them had objections.

”Good, this suits me best,” Qin Xue finally breathed a sigh of relief; getting Qing Zhu’s agreement wasn’t easy, especially given Qing Zhu’s unique aesthetic sense. With her around, Qin Xue had no worries.

”That’s fine, I have no objections. How about you?” Qing Zhu looked at An Hao.

”I have no objections either. I’m opening a store hoping Qin Xue would give me a hand. She said she wants to expand, so let’s do it together. But is this a bit unfair to you?” An Hao remarked.

”It’s not unfair to me; Xuexue is merely being a hands-off partner, you still need to come work and help me, so as long as you don’t mind, it’s fine.” Qing Zhu knew what kind of person Qin Xue is, so she hadn’t expected much from her, but An Hao was different, so she couldn’t let An Hao go too; otherwise, she’d be overwhelmed with work.

”Alright, I have no problem.” An Hao wanted to grow, of course she had to do her best, so Qing Zhu’s words didn’t affect her.

”Since there are no objections, that’s settled. Master Dongfang, you heard it. From now on, you’re the supervisor. Everyone I recruit will be handed over to you, and you must help with quality assurance,” Qin Xue didn’t count Dongfang Li among them because she was just an embroidery master, not partnering with them, just needed to be paid a salary.

”Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to handle this.” Dongfang Li wasn’t someone who knew nothing; though she wasn’t good at management, she could certainly speak a few words on embroidery.

If Qin Xue had known this was how Dongfang Li thought, she would definitely say Dongfang Li was too humble. With such good skills, if she could only speak a few words, Qin Xue wouldn’t know what kind of level those who could say a few more would be.

Initially, Qin Xue hadn’t expected Dongfang Li’s embroidery to be so excellent, given her young age, it’s hard to have such skilled handiwork. But Dongfang Li’s creations seemed to carry a kind of spiritual energy, vivid and alive, surprising Qing Zhu and Qin Xue. So, when she mentioned having a few friends skilled in embroidery too, Qin Xue didn’t hesitate to reach out to them. Unexpectedly, they didn’t come in the end, leaving Qin Xue regretful for a while, but then she let it go, realizing everyone has their own ambitions.
