Stinging heart

I tilted my head, leaned against his shoulder, and said shallowly, ”I wanted to tell you, but I thought you were in the capital, so I wanted to call you when I arrived there.”

He nodded and put his hand around me. ”Wherever you are, you have to tell me and let me know that you are safe.”

I said graciously, looking at the crowds coming and going, I couldn’t help saying, ”And how did you find this place?”

He smiled. ”Can you guess?”

I shook my head, could not guess, looked up at him, there was some warm light in my eyes, ”Maybe it’s fate!”

He nodded and smiled down at me and he dropped a kiss on my forehead.

The shadows on the street were mottled and messy, the continuous drizzle came gently, and the eyes looked at each other, and the kiss came as a bit of an accident.

Eager and crazy, gentle and long, there is a sound of breathing in the air, perhaps the passers-by came by some accident.

Perhaps someone recognized Jordan. For a long time, he loosened me. Although I was not surrounded, passers-by stopped and looked at me deliberately, seeming to explore and seemed surprised.

Someone took a picture on his mobile phone again, presumably recognizing Jordan.

I looked up at him, his face burning badly, ”I am being watched like a monkey, blame you.”

He smiled and held me in his hand. ”Blame me!”

And then a Black Maybach stopped by the side of the road and put me in the driver’s seat. Felix Stewart got out of the car and went to Jordan.

Jordan said something in his ear. Then Jordan got into the car and looked sideways at me. ”What would you like to eat?”

I realized that I had been sitting here for hours.

”Anything will do!”

Western restaurant.

It has always been a habitual choice.

Over the past four years, Hempstead has changed a lot. The address was chosen by Jordan. It is located on the roof of the city garden building in the center of the city.

Before I ordered a meal we met an acquaintance, not my acquaintance, but Jordan’s.

She was Selena Monroe. She can also be regarded as a legendary woman. Even far, the woman’s exquisite makeup and clothing, she became the most eye-catching woman as soon as she appeared. After seeing me, Selena Monroe’s smile on the face became stiff, and she seemed to be thinking about something. But only for a moment, she smiled and looked at Jordan and said, ”I thought you were busy at work, but I was surprised that you came to see your friends.”

Jordan did not have many superfluous emotions, but just spoke faintly, ”Did you come alone?”

She smiled, ”I am with a friend from Samson’s Electronics. We need to find a suitable photographer. It’s for the company’s publicity.” Jordan nodded and said, ”Well, then go and get busy!”

Selena Monroe smiled with a bit of embarrassment, and her eyes fell on me, she politely and gracefully asked, ”Who is this?”

”My wife, Ivelle Astley.” Jordan opened his mouth, raised his hand, and pointed to Selena Monroe, whose face was become somewhat stiff. He looked at me and said, ”Selena Monroe, an artist under Astley’s Media.”

Such an introduction. Selena Monroe’s face is a little stiff, but after all, she is a person who has been in the show business for so many years.

She looked at me and held out her hand. ”Hello, Miss Ivelle. I’m Selena Monroe. You can call me Selena.”

I nodded, shook hands with her, smiled, and said, ”I’m Jordan’s ex-wife, Ivelle. Hello, Miss Selena.”

She froze again for a few seconds and said, ”Ex-wife? You and Mr. Astley are divorced?”

I nodded. ”It has been four years.”

Selena Monroe seems to be a little surprised, but after all, she is an actress with a well-controlled expression. ”Okay, I know you two are busy, and I’ll go to see my friends first,” she said with a smile, and then she left.

Jordan said that he cherished his words like gold, but nodded indifferently.

I smiled and didn’t say much.

When Selena Monroe was far away, I was so numb by Jordan that I could not help but say, ”If you look at me like this, you may have to live up to such a good restaurant.”

He laughed and gracefully cut the steak brought by the waiter and put it in front of me in exchange for the steak that had never been touched since it was placed on the table. I don’t like cutting steak. My hands are indeed clumsy. In the past, Maisie said that when I cut a steak, she felt like I was dissecting a corpse.

Half of the reason why Europeans like to use knives and forks is that a long time ago, Europeans ate raw food, so they basically ate it fresh.
