Stinging heart

”So what?” He looked really cold and pervasive. He sneered and told me, ”The appearance of Liam makes you feel that you can choose people who like you and spoil you. So that means that I am no longer so important to you, am I not?”

His words made my heart gush with anger, and I couldn’t help but raise my voice, ”Yes! Why can you choose what you like and who you like, yet I still have to stick to you?”

”Oh!” The temperature in the air was a few degrees lower. ”Ivelle, you think too easily. What are you going to do now? Divorce me? Elope with Liam? I’m telling you, don’t dream too high. Don’t tell me that you will have my seed in your belly and go out with another man! And even if you weren’t pregnant, I still wouldn’t agree to a divorce. ”

”Jordan, you bastard!” He didn’t want to make me feel better, even if I was pregnant. He would rather kill me than make me happy. His long-term grievances and my overdue patience were making me feel exhausted already.

I swept all the lamps and decorations at the head of the bed on the floor. I looked at him angrily and finally confronted him. ”Why can you and Nicole act recklessly, but I can’t? Jordan, I’m telling you, I don’t want this child at all.”

Yes, people were capable of saying anything when they were angry.

His face was scarlet and he grabbed me with a cold look in his eyes. ”Say it again!”

I stared at him, wanting to vent all my grievances. ”I don’t want this child at all! Listen clearly, I don’t want this child at all!”

I raised my hand and beat my belly with all my strength, sobbing and shouting. ”His arrival has ruined everything for me. I don’t want to have a baby for you at all. People like you are not worthy to be a father!”

”Ivelle!” His eyes were scarlet and his teeth rattled. ”Do you know what you’re talking about?”

Shaking off his hand, I smiled. ”I know, I know!” There was a fear in my voice.

I was so miserable. My heart felt weary as if several knives were stabbing at the same time. ”Jordan, it’s okay if you don’t want a divorce, but you’d better not interfere in my other personal affairs.”

He squinted his eyes and tried to suppress his anger. ”Your personal affairs?”

”You and Nicole can, so why not me and Liam?” It was only because I was frustrated that I said it.

He suddenly pushed me into bed, his voice hoarse and patient, ”You and Liam? Can do what?”

As he said that, he clapped his hands hard and gave a terrifying moan.

He tore apart all of my clothes in a rude and domineering way. ”What has he done to you? How dare he come in contact with you at a close distance like we used to do?”

With that, he went in without foreplay, and I felt a dull pain.

I clenched him on the shoulder, and my body was dry and unresponsive, so it was even more frightening for him to come inside me.

”Jordan, just kill me if you can!” Pinching him on the back, I yelled out.

Tears rolled down on face while I was in pain.

He gasped heavily, with no rhythm or skill at all, but simply relying on his body’s anger and instinct. ”What a pity for you to be dead. Wouldn’t it be funny for you to be just gone?”

I stopped fighting for I suddenly felt worthless. I let go of his hand and stared at the ceiling, biting my lips and waiting for him to finish.

He seemed to notice that I had surrendered, so he had stopped slightly. Perhaps because of what had happened last time, that’s why he looked down.

Seeing that nothing was wrong, he frowned and his black eyes fell on my indifferent face.

After a long time, he got up and went into the bathroom. A few minutes later, he came out, brushed his hair, changed his clothes and left without saying a word.

He smashed the bedroom door so loudly that it rang in my ears for a few hours.

When would it end?

I didn’t have to go to the office. I was free. I had just come out of the bathroom when Maisie called.

Picking up the phone, I said, ”Are you in the countryside yet? Have you already found a place to live?”

”Yeah!” She replied, ”Did Jordan pick you up at the station?”

I was surprised that she knew. ”Did you tell him that?” No wonder I saw Jordan at the station. She informed him already.
