Chapter 1274: 18.112 First Grey Star - Evil Octopus God

Roi, the black dragon, swam to the core of the ocean, where Lu Ming was left behind. When Ye Jieye and the rest returned, they saw the scene of Lu Ming lying on the ground, unconscious. Leica immediately checked on him.

Ye Jieye asked, ”Whatʼs wrong with him?” He was carefully hugging his wife in his arms.

”He is just unconscious. Maybe when Lord Hei awakened, his aura burst, affecting everything around him. Thankfully, he is Heavenʼs beloved son and didnʼt die on the spot,” Leica responded while treating Lu Ming and helping him wake up.

Outside the enormous dome of vibrant corals, Lu Ming stood still, lost in meditation, as he reflected on all that had recently transpired. He looked up just as he was ready to go back inside the dome and noticed that it felt a little bit darker. Lu Mingʼs face became pale with terror. Above his head, right above the coral dome, is a large, thick tentacle.

”What the hell is that!?” Lu Ming cursed as he unhesitatingly ran back inside the dome. But as if the tentacle had eyes, it followed him inside.

He started screaming as he ran while being chased by a thick, slimy tentacle. Lu Ming screamed, ”Ah! Help me!”

Lu Mingʼs shouts awakened Leica and Ye Jieye, who were silently waiting for Mo Xuejing to wake up. Just as they were going to chastise Lu Ming, they noticed the enormous tentacle running after the unfortunate young man.

Ye Jieye said, ”What is that? An Octopus Tentacle?”

Leica moved to draw Lu Ming into the barrier with his crimson string. Here, two barriers have been erected: one outside the corals and the other around the domeʼs center. Ye Jieye had fashioned the one inside to keep them dry, while the Moray Eel had made the one outside to defend his house.

Leica cast a quick glance at Ye Jieye, who had fallen asleep on the bed alongside his spouse and had shut his eyes. It is obvious that she has lost interest in the major issue that lies beyond the barrier. Ye Jieye built this barrier. It destroyed everything that wished to enter and only permitted the creatures he let to pass through.

Furthermore, the barrier will stay in place as long as Ye Jieye is alive. It would still be as robust as hell even if he were asleep.
