The old mayor thought Ye Jieye was kidding when he said, ”Killing without any attachments,” but when he looked into that pair of obsidian eyes that seemed to be an unending abyss devoid of any trace of emotion, he realized that Ye Jieye was serious when he said, ”Killing them.” It was a declaration, not a joke, and the old mayor shuddered at the mere thought.

Old Mu took a deep breath as if trying to calm down his heart. He pretends not to hear what Ye Jieye had said just now. He told Jieye, trying to change the topic immediately, ”We should be leaving early tomorrow. You should also take your rest.”

”Sleep well, gramps. Donʼt drink too much.”

”This old man doesnʼt get drunk!” Old Mu said.

”You donʼt want to smell when the cubs hug you tomorrow donʼt you?” Ye Jieye said.

Old Mu said, ”Fine. Iʼll stop now. Go to sleep.” Ye Jieye went to the second floor of the house to sleep.

The mayor of Numen Town, Old Mu was left behind on the first floor, watched the moon outside the window, and remembered Ye Jieyeʼs eyes just now. He truly would kill Heavenly Guardian Lu Wangle if he dared to touch his children.

Old Mu mumbled, ”This is the result of your choice back then, Wangle.” He slowly closed his eyes and suddenly disappeared in thin air. The restaurant was once again empty without anything.

They would travel by air since it is always better to be safe than sorry. Everyone has changed into more casual attire while still covering the majority of their skin.

Doctor Guangʼs attire has been exaggerated, giving the impression that he is going hiking with a mountaineering bag on his back and even sporting military boots like Mo Xuejing and Ye Jieye, who were actually heading up the mountain range to hunt.

The Tofu Seller, Uncle Cao said, ”Leave the restaurant to me! No one would dare move it.”

”Thanks, Uncle Cao.” Ye Jieye said

Uncle Butcher said, ”Xiao Ye, donʼt forget to save me my part for that Behemoth Carabao. Just put it in this space ring.”

”Uncle butcher, are you not afraid I might run away with this space ring?” Ye Jieye teased.

The Uncle Butcher said, ”Nonsense! As if you are interested in a toy like. It cannot even keep something alive inside. You wouldnʼt even put such a thing in your eye. I returned it fully for this old man. Iʼll pay when you return.”

”How come no one is seeing this old man off? Donʼt you see me leaving?” The old Mayor complained.

”Please be careful on the way!”

Old Mu looks at Ye Jieye who made Roi return to his original size. Suddenly, a huge black dragon appeared in the sky and lowered its head towards Ye Jieye, his master. The butcher and the tofu seller looked at one another and bowed towards the grumpy old man. It was like the scene of his subordinates sending their lords away.

The other people of the town upon seeing also followed after the first two and bowed towards the group as they sent them off.

ROOOAAARRR~

Ye Jieye said, ”Climb up. Roi will bring us to the next town.”

”Damn, is this the snake from before? He is this big originally!!”  Doctor Guang exclaimed.

The sight of the enormous dragon startled Doctor Guang and the other residents of the town. It can be argued that Roiʼs lineage is not simple; in fact, he may be a God Level Existence in this world. However, this divine dragon is nothing more than a mount for this human named Ye Jieye.

Ye Jieye said, ”We are leaving. Roi, Go!” It was only that the black dragon flew away with the group led by his master toward the next town.

The tofu seller, Uncle Cao was stunned, ”Isnʼt that the Chaotic Dragon the young master had picked up on the Ruins of Time before? How can it grow that big?”
