Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master

Meanwhile, Zivon was seething. He was trying to find his woman but his own son had turned out to be his biggest obstacle!

…

After Xavia had put the two children in the kindergarten bus, she was about to go to the studio when she received a phone call from Bianca.

“Xavia, what time will you be coming into the office? I just arrived and I saw Young Master Burton’s car parked outside. It seems like he’s been waiting for you all night.”

Xavia was stunned. He had waited for her at the entrance of her company all night?

It was so sweet, but…

No matter how grand his apology was, it would never be able to make up for the hurt and damage he had caused after going back on his principles.

“Bianca, I think there’s something wrong with my eyes and it might affect the filming. I will not be able to go to the studio for the next two days, you should edit the films we filmed before this first.”

Bianca had experience with heartbreak and instantly knew something was wrong. “Okay, you should take a good rest then. You can always come to me if you need someone to talk to. Don’t get upset or over-think things because of a scumbag.”

“Don’t worry, I won’t,” Xavia replied determinedly before hanging up the phone.

Perhaps the fact that she did not want to face him meant that she was just hiding from her problems, but now, the only thing she could do was hide.

Ring, ring!

Her phone started ringing again. Xavia picked it up and saw that it was Keith calling. She answered the call and said, “Sorry, Young Master Keith, I didn’t go back last night because I was keeping Dolly company.”

“It’s okay, Xav. I’m going to stay at the Green Space Project Department for two days so I can supervise the ongoing work. Can you come over for two days? As for Yulia’s schooling, I will arrange for a driver to pick her up and drop her off here.”

Keith’s attitude had improved and he was also more considerate towards Xavia. It was difficult for her to refuse him when he was being so thoughtful, especially since she only needed to go over and cook for him and take care of his daily necessities.

Everything would be over between them very soon.

“Okay. I’ll go back and pack some of our daily necessities first,” Xavia agreed.

When she arrived at the Green Space Project, she was stunned. She knew it was huge, but the actual size of it still shocked her.

The land was completely beyond her expectations—the area was the size of a small county town! It would truly have been a waste if this expensive land had remained empty and deserted, instead of being used as a place for leisure and entertainment.

Keith came over and said warmly, “Look up there—that’s your design. The areas have been divided and all the details of each section shown. The whole thing should take around two years to complete.”

Xavia looked at where he was pointing and saw the electronic concept map being displayed on a large screen. It looked magnificent and beautiful.

Having her design up there gave her a great sense of accomplishment.

The corners of her mouth curled up and she said, “That’s great! I’ll definitely come and have some fun here when it’s completed.”

“Don’t worry, you’ll be the first person I invite here when it’s completed,” Keith said confidently.

This project was important to him because it was a manifestation of her dreams and wishes—he would definitely do his best to make it perfect.

“Young Master Keith, bad news!” At that moment, Hartley suddenly ran in and said anxiously, “A large group of elderly people have gathered outside and are blocking the gate. They are saying that this is their place of entertainment and it contains many memories, so they don’t want us building any projects here. There are also many people lying on the ground saying that if we want to move the land, we will have to do it over their bodies. Many reporters have also gathered because of their protests.”

Keith frowned. “This project started a while back, why are they only causing trouble now?”

Hartley replied, “They were probably taking time to gather people to protest for their cause. Young Master Keith, you should go out and take a look.”

“Okay.” Keith hurriedly walked out.

“I’ll go with you both.” Xavia followed them out.

Xavia was stunned as soon as she walked outside. Not only were there a lot of people and reporters there, but Zivon had also just rushed over!
