252: Chapter 0252: Shares 252: Chapter 0252: Shares If the boss knew that it was her pressure to lower the price that had caused the acquisition to fail, he would definitely kill her!

Just as Wang Lina was about to speak, Qin Yu suddenly said casually, “Manager Chi, no need to worry.”

Upon hearing this, Wang Lina thought to herself, that was close, almost fell for it!

Wiping the sweat beads from her forehead, Wang Lina discretely took a step back.

Liu Tian’s eyes lit up, saying that Brother Yu was not the kind to suffer losses.

Just look, he indeed had a backup plan.

Zhou Tianlei and Chi Yanyan both felt their hearts skip a beat simultaneously.

Chi Yanyan hesitantly looked at Zhou Tianlei as if to say, what’s going on with your friend?

Zhou Tianlei was also unsure of what Qin Yu meant, and could only cautiously ask, “Brother Yu, do you have any other instructions?”

Qin Yu said with a smile, “One contract is not enough, but three should suffice.

Draft another employment contract and a stock distribution contract as well.”

Three contracts?

Everyone exchanged glances.

What was Qin Yu up to?

“Mr.

Qin, an acquisition contract is easy, but what is this employment contract nonsense?

And how should a stock distribution contract be drafted?”

Chi Yanyan breathed a sigh of relief.

As long as Qin Yu didn’t back out and continued to purchase her inventory, not to mention three contracts, even thirty wouldn’t be too much!

Qin Yu smiled, “Didn’t I just say?

I’ve already discussed it with Old Zhou, I will renew the lease for this showroom.

After renewing, I plan to employ Miss Chi to continue as the showroom manager.

Since Old Zhou brought me here and gave me such a money-making opportunity, Old Zhou is entitled to ten percent of the shares of the showroom.

Moreover, the money was lent to me by Xiao Wu, giving him ten percent of the shares as interest for his money.

Additionally, I always adhere to the principle that those who see also get a share.

My friends should not be left out.

Xiaonuan and Qinzhi will each have five percent of the shares.

Have I explained myself clearly enough?”

Liu Tian, Chi Yanyan, and Zhou Tianlei looked at each other, and even Li Xiaonuan and Yu QinZhi were confused, not understanding what had gotten into Qin Yu?

Only Wang Lina had a foreboding thought, could Mr.

Qin have discovered the secret of the Huaxi showroom?

Impossible, this Mr.

Qin was clearly here for the first time!

A trap!

It must be a trap!

Must stay calm!

Chi Yanyan was also utterly confused, was Mr.

Qin seriously going to renew the lease?

And he wanted to employ her?

Did he have money to burn?

Although she could not understand Qin Yu’s words, Chi Yanyan decided to handle it strictly as business.

“Mr.

Qin, I have no objections to the stock distribution contract.

But shouldn’t we discuss the employment contract properly?

When I was managing Zhonghe, my monthly salary was one hundred thousand.”

Qin Yu smiled, “One hundred thousand?

That’s not much.

Here are two options for you, first, a monthly salary of two hundred thousand without any shares; second, no salary, but give you five percent of the shares as your technological shareholding.

You can freely choose.”

“Two hundred thousand?

Mr.

Qin, you’re not joking, right?”

Chi Yanyan’s eyes widened in disbelief, suspecting she might be hallucinating.

As for the five percent shares?

Ha…

Chi Yanyan was not considering it at all.

Qin Yu nodded seriously, “No joke, it’s two hundred thousand, Miss Chi.

I remind you, these five percent of the shares are worth much more than two hundred thousand a month.

Our showroom will become the hottest in Feng’s Manor in the future.”

The hottest showroom?
