Capítulo 835: Chapter 506: The Person Who Can Cure Third Brother’s Mysophobia, Wanwan Keeps Stirring Things Up (Second Update)

Jiang Shiyi didn’t expect the guest Tang Wan invited was her, and Lin Luyou felt even more embarrassed…

She had just parked the car and was preparing to enter the apartment building, but the stormy wind and rain came suddenly, making it impossible to avoid.

Worried that the gift she had just bought would get soaked and ruined, Lin Luyou could only hold the gift in her arms, while she herself got thoroughly drenched.

Going to visit someone else’s house, soaked like this, Lin Luyou already felt it was inappropriate, and little did she know that it was Jiang Shiyi who opened the door.

Inside and outside the door, their gazes met, and the air seemed to freeze instantly.

Her wet clothes clung to her body, outlining her slender waist. She had chosen a silk white blouse today to appear formal for the interview, but the rain-soaked clothing stuck tightly to her upper body, even revealing the outline of her underwear.

Jiang Shiyi’s throat tightened slightly.

The interior was too clean, and there was a carpet in the living room; Lin Luyou was genuinely embarrassed to step inside, fearing she might dirty the floor.

Just as both were surprised, a sound came from inside the room, likely Jiang Jinsang coming from the balcony.

Before Lin Luyou could react, Jiang Shiyi had already reached out and took the gift and bag from her, quickly taking off his suit jacket and draping it around her.

“…” The rainwater was very cool, but the residual warmth on the clothing felt almost burning.

The man wrapped the clothes around her, his arms encircling her from behind, almost enclosing her completely in his embrace.

“You…” She instinctively wanted to struggle.

“Don’t move!”

Before the words were finished, Jiang Jinsang’s voice sounded, “Miss Lin has arrived?”

“She got caught in the rain.” Jiang Shiyi focused intently on the person in his embrace; the rainwater on her had already soaked through the suit jacket, dampening his own shirt…

The rainwater was icy cold, yet being so close, her breath fell on his chest.

It made his heart shrink slightly.

“Caught in the rain?” Tang Wan also heard and came out from the kitchen, “Fifth Brother, go get a towel.”

However, upon seeing Lin Luyou, she was almost completely soaked through, and changed her mind, “Just go have a hot shower, it’ll be too easy to catch a cold like this. I’ll get you a set of clothes to change into.”

Lin Luyou was about to refuse, but Jiang Shiyi, holding her small arm, had already pushed her into the bathroom.

Having been shown the new house by Jiang Jinsang, he naturally knew the arrangement of the washroom and bathroom.

From the moment she saw Jiang Shiyi, Lin Luyou was somewhat dazed. She had already been back home for a while but had never encountered Jiang Shiyi, yet after the incident with Tang Wan, they kept running into each other, and now…

She ran into him twice in one day!

It wasn’t until she was inside the bathroom that her mind remained in a bit of a haze, until she heard Tang Wan’s knocking, “Team Leader Lin, is it convenient for me to come in?”

“Ah?” Snapping back to reality, “Yes.”

Tang Wan turned the doorknob and entered, placing some clothes for changing on the side, “These clothes, I’ve never worn them, don’t worry about it.”

“I just need to towel off, really no need…” Coming here for the first time, taking a shower at someone else’s place, it feels inappropriate.

“Your clothes won’t dry anytime soon; I invited you for a meal, it’d really bother me if you caught a cold, the slippers are outside, there are new towels in the cabinet, the hairdryer is also inside, use them freely, don’t be shy.”

After Tang Wan finished speaking, she closed the door.

And Lin Luyou looked at the person in the bathroom mirror, her hair still wet and clinging to her face, still wrapped in Jiang Shiyi’s clothes, you can imagine how wretched she looked.

Once she took off the jacket, she noticed her clothes were soaked by the rain, clinging tightly, even the intimate clothing was clearly visible.

Thinking of Jiang Shiyi’s words not to move made her face flush with embarrassment.

After a few minutes of mental struggle, she decided to take a shower after all. It was someone else’s bathroom; inevitability of restraint made her careful…

In the living room, Tang Wan went to the kitchen to check the cooking, while Jiang Jinsang cleaned the leftover rainwater from the floor.
