Every Vicious Woman Needs a Loyal Man

Chapter 2: Return to 20 Years Old Again…

Lou Yaoyao looked in disbelief at her own unfamiliar yet familiar pair of hands.

The hands were unfamiliar because the back of her left side hand previously had a shallow scar. Although her wound had been treated promptly, the injury had been too deep and in the end, left a small scar. They were familiar because how could they not be? Regardless of the palms size, the finger’s length, or the lines of palms, they were all the same as before.

Lou Yaoyao was a little confused about the current situation. When she opened her eyes, she found herself inside a hospital ward with a slight disinfectant smell. Wasn’t she supposed to be dead? As she closed her eyes, she could see the scene of the crash. The reinforcing steel bar clashing against her forehead appear before her eyes. That kind of fear and dread she felt at that moment, she never wanted to recall.

But, if she had died, then how could she be in this hospital?

Lou Yaoyao touched her own face in fright. She sighed a breath of relief, it didn’t have any scars or any bandages on, she wasn’t disfigured. However, this absolutely didn’t make any sense.

The puzzled Lou Yaoyao sat on the bed for a while. The nurse on duty saw that she had woken up and immediately called for the doctor to come. Lou Yaoyao —still not understanding the current situation— had to cooperate with the doctor’s examination while answering the doctor’s questions.

Eight out of ten sentences the doctor said didn’t get inside her head. After determining that Lou Yaoyao was healthy, the doctor gave out the diagnosis. ”Miss Lou, congratulations, you may do the procedure for discharge today. However, you have been unconscious since yesterday, I suggest that you stay in the hospital another couple days for observation.”

”Thank you.” Lou Yaoyao politely expressed her gratitude.

As soon as the doctor and the nurse walked out, Lou Yaoyao immediately rushed into the washroom, she was staying in the private ward with washroom.

Looking at her face in the mirror, Lou Yaoyao was taken aback. As she expected, this was her face, only compared to her face then, which had been poisoned with cosmetic and was extremely pale, even though this face was fair, but appeared with healthy blush, and the most important was that this face was a lot younger than her own, it seemed to be only eighteen or nineteen years old.

Lou Yaoyao’s heart was throbbing fiercely, but there was also a rise of overwhelming joy from the bottom of her heart. Although she didn’t watch television much, she knew some hit dramas with transmigration themes, there’s also drama with rebirth to childhood and go back to the past. And even in web novel nowadays, the rebirth and transmigration theme was prevalent everywhere. In that case… with her current situation, she also went back to the past?

”Yaoyao.” Didn’t know how long she had stayed, Lou Yaoyao heard a voice from the room. She quickly repressed her happiness and sadness, and left the bathroom.

After looking at the person in the room, Lou Yaoyao convinced that she must have gone back to the past, if not, how could she see Aunty Liu? Both Aunty Liu and Aunty Lu were the family’s housekeepers, they were responsible for the family’s daily life. They had been working for the family for more than ten years. However, Aunty Liu had retired to live with her successful twenty five years old son. At that time, Lou Yaoyao had been reluctant to let her go.

Aunty Liu put down the things she carried in and looked at Lou Yaoyao for a while. Seeing that Lou Yaoyao’s complexion and mental state was perfect, she breathed a sigh of relief and said, ”It seems to be nothing. Yaoyao ah, haven’t Aunty told you before? Next time, by all means, don’t be so impulsive. If something terrible ever happened to you, your mama would be devastated ah!”

Listening to Aunty Liu’s attentive words, Lou Yaoyao was moved. Ever since she was a child, she was not close to her Papa, and her Mama was a workaholic, so she used to spend more time with both of the aunties. Looking back, since Aunty Liu had followed her son to move to another city, they hadn’t met for two years. Although previously she took Aunty’s concerned words as being troublesome, this time, she didn’t want to refute. Lou Yaoyao fawned as she smiled, ” I know Aunty, you don’t have to teach me.”
