Chapter 696: Warrior-Mage-Priest System. the ’Blizzard Workshop’ Has Such a Deep Understanding of Magic?!

”Yes. We can resurrect you and heal you with Holy Light. If there’s a monster that’s hard to deal with in the mines, I think we can help you,” Commander Elven said.

”Ugh?” Dicas looked astonished, and so were the mages who were watching her play the game through the Spiritual Spell Visual Projection, thinking that they had heard it wrong. ”Your Holy Light can bring people back to life? You can heal injuries?”

”Yes. Do you have a question, Lady?”

I use Holy Light too! Isn’t Holy Light a spell used to attack enemies?

Dicas was frustrated as she thought,I can’t even properly level up, but others can even resurrect people and heal injuries!

”You mean his Holy Light can heal people, but yours can’t?” Liang Heihu asked.

”Um… there seems to be a healing spell,” Dicas said morosely, ”But it’s constantly interrupted and not useful…”

”Didn’t you put any points into talents?” Royal Princess Ji Yu asked casually.

”Haven’t you learned any skills?” Liang Heihu asked as well.

Since the game was a product of Blizzard, many old players had discovered that it had a talent tree just like the skill tree in Diablo 2.

However, the newbies didn’t know that…

”I…” Dicas had tears on her face since she had died many times and used all her money to repair her items. ”I saw healing skills but… I have no money to learn them…”

She felt like crying. After all, she spent all her money to learn the offensive skills and couldn’t afford to learn the healing skills which looked ineffective to her.

As a high-level mage in the Royal Magic Union, she was so poor that she couldn’t even afford to learn spells in this mystical realm?!

What kind of mystical realm is this World of Warcraft? Why is it so hard?

”What… talents?!” Dicas froze and then pulled up the interface. ”I clicked on it. I clicked them all! Such as Discipline and Mind Blast, etc.”

”There are three talents in each class,” Ji Yu said, ”Check and see if you have the other two talents.”

”Ah…?” Baffled, Dicas opened the interface for talents. ”Other talents…?”

How come this ’online game’ is so complicated?

I’ve never seen these things in other mystical realms…

Dicas who had never played online games before had tears on her face.

With others’ help, Dicas finally discovered that there were three specializations of talents including Discipline, Holy, and Shadow, and shields and healing could be used on allies.

The members of the Golden Griffin Knight Legion discovered that paladins also had three specializations of talents.

”I never knew that the Holy Light spells should be cast this way…?” The knights and mages who had never played online games before finally understood it.

I always thought that I’m a mage (warrior), but now I finally realized that it’s a class for healing people!

”I know what to do!” At this moment, an idea dawned on Royal Princess Ji Yu. ”If Senior Nalan becomes too weak to block the attacks, we can help him with healing spells!”

Standing beside her, Liang Heihu said with sudden understanding, ”Combining this Ms. Priest’s shield, I’m sure that we can pass this time!”

”???”

No! I’m a mage! A mage who can cast Holy Light spells which are as golden as an immortal spell!

I’m a woman who wants to focus on DPS! How come I became a nanny!

[TL Note: Chinese players give the healing-class players the nickname ’nannies’ and call healing spells ’milk’.]

While Dicas was still in a daze, she was pulled into the instance.

Of course, Commander Elven’s paladin character was also pulled in since only the paladins could cast Redemption.

So, the team consisted of Nalan Hongwu as the main tank, Commander Elven as the off-tank, one nanny, and two mages.

”I’m sure that they can pass it this time!” Royal Princess Ji Yu wasn’t a part of this exploration party anymore, but she was still excited, knowing that if the plan was proved effective, she could copy it and use it in her own team.

”I also think that we’ve finally found the solution!” Liang Heihu said excitedly.

The confused Dicas who was pulled into the exploration team was at a loss for words.

The weak mobs in the mine tunnels had been cleared long ago, and the five of them soon came before the boss.

Nalan Hongwu had kept his livestream on, and there were many people watching it.

”What is Old Duke doing here?” Some newbies among the audience were puzzled.
