Mr Fu, I Really Love You

This was to put the hearts of those who took her money at ease. Otherwise, those people said they would kill the entire Chu family—this was something both Chu Xun and Chu Fangzheng didn’t wish to see!

After a long hesitation, Chu Fangzheng agreed.

After all, Chu Xun was his daughter, so Chu Fangzheng also reminded Chu Xun to take note of her safety. He would get his assistant to transfer money to Chu Xun’s account and send her an allowance regularly. He asked Chu Xun to inform him timely should she change her identity so that he would know if she was still alive and where she was…

Chu Xun used an American identity to buy a plane ticket from New York to Missouri.

St. Louis of Missouri was the city in America with the highest crime rate in recent years and was extremely unsafe. Chu Xun had a house there under her American identity, but when the plane landed, she changed her mind, and instead, chose to settle down in a hotel in Missouri’s largest city, Kansas City!

After settling down at the hotel, just after Chu Xun had taken a shower and come out of the bathroom, she smelled thick smoke. Very quickly, the hotel sounded the fire alarm.

The bathrobe-clad Chu Xun flusteredly grabbed her bag, unable to care about her other belongings, before running for her life out of the thick smoke.

The hotel’s guests were gathered downstairs. The fire was quite serious. Chu Xun, who was blackened from the smoke, went to a secluded corner and glanced inside the only bag she had managed to bring downstairs. The remaining five passports were gone, and only her Filipino passport, gun, and wallet were inside…

Very quickly, the firemen and police arrived!

The hotel’s staff cooperated with the police and verified the identity and information of each guest, then sent the guests to settle down in other hotels. They said that the police would look for them and register their losses, as well as help the foreign guests contact their ambassadors.

Chu Xun gripped the bag in her hands. Her passport and identity were fake, so how could she have the guts to register with the police!

The name Chu Xun must not appear in the world again. She looked at the police doing the registration in the distance, then gritted her teeth and wrapped herself with her filthy bathrobe before leaving with her bag.

That night, Chu Xun only dared to look for an extremely rundown motel to stay for the night. Thankfully, she still had her cards, wallet, and money.

Chu Xun, whose nerves were in a highly-strung state, was extremely tired. However, she was unwilling to sleep on the motel bed. After all, it was unknown what lovers did on the bed, and whether the bed sheets were clean was another mystery.

The exhausted Chu Xun just laid down on the sofa. She wrapped herself firmly with the bathrobe and curled up on the sofa, not knowing what she had done to land herself in this state.

She couldn’t help but cry. Tears drenched the sofa’s armrest. Chu Xun tried not to make any sounds as she was sobbing, and it wasn’t long before she felt out of breath. She sat upright and reached out for a tissue, but she discovered that the tissue box was empty.

Chu Xun broke down. She grabbed the tissue box in frustration, wanting to smash it on the ground. But she had just raised the tissue box up high before lowering it down. What right did she have to lose her temper now!

Choked up, Chu Xun set down the tissue box. She curled up on the sofa in the dark room, helpless and consumed by despair. From her blurry vision, she vaguely saw something blocking the light from the corridor outside under the door crack.
