Mr Fu, I Really Love You

Chapter 974: Wouldn’t He Hate Fu Huai’an to the Core?

Some netizens said the Chu family was rich and overbearing, easily deleting the video that held the truth! They must think that everyone was blind and were thus fine with this self-deceptive trick…

Some also wondered if the Chu family would be willing to spend money to buy something that could erase everyone’s memories for the past three days, making them forget that their daughter was shameless! Then, people would just remember that their daughter was the ”Iron Lady” of the news industry.

Right now, the words ”Iron Lady” had become a joke…

Thereafter, all the comments that ridiculed Chu Xun were deleted, without a single one of them left behind.

This seemed to anger all of the netizens, causing everyone to vent their fury onto the Chu family!

The Chu Group’s official website even broke down due to there being too many netizens commenting to scold them.

The Chu family was really wronged and made the scapegoat for this…

The Chu family weren’t the ones who had gotten someone to delete the video. Wouldn’t the action of deleting the video at this time be like adding fuel to the flame? The Chu Group’s public relations department wouldn’t be so foolish!

The one who deleted the video was actually Fu Huai’an!

Fu Huai’an had just boarded a cruise with Morocco’s petroleum magnate Aziz Felta when he received Tang Zheng’s call. Tang Zheng told Fu Huai’an about what Haicheng Daily’s deputy chief editor had released.

Fu Huai’an fell silent for a moment before he hung up the phone, spoke to Aziz Felta, then headed to the deck to open up his Weibo app.

Under the sunlight, he frowned as he looked at those three Weibo posts for a long time. The atmosphere around him became cold and scary. He told Tang Zheng to get people to delete the video as well as the three Weibo posts completely.

In the beginning, Tang Zheng couldn’t understand this. Fu Huai’an had just seen the video of the truth behind Lu Xiangsi’s death and knew what kind of person Chu Xun was. Yet, he gave the instructions for the video to be deleted? Wouldn’t he be helping Chu Xun by doing so?

If Tuan Tuan found out about this after he grew up… wouldn’t he hate Fu Huai’an to the core?

It was just that Fu Huai’an had his own reservations. Although the video had been edited, there was nothing to guarantee that people with superb skills wouldn’t be able to recover the audio. He was worried that Tuan Tuan’s name would be mentioned in the video, and it’d be impossible to hide Tuan Tuan’s identity then!

In Fu Huai’an’s opinion, Lu Xiangsi had died… and those who had died should rest in peace. Tuan Tuan also needed a peaceful life!

Many people had seen the video, and Fu Huai’an believed that if it was deleted now, the Chu family and Chu Xun would face even more trouble!

Fu Huai’an had also watched the video many times!

He could understand why Chu Xun would choose to look in Lu Xiangsi’s direction when faced with the option of life or death. However… he couldn’t forgive her!

He also couldn’t forgive the fact that in order to establish a heroic and fearless image, Chu Xun had, with peace of mind, completely wiped out the fact that she was indebted to Lu Xiangsi for saving her life.

Tang Zheng told Fu Huai’an to reconsider this, but Fu Huai’an only said that deleting the video would only cause Chu Xun and the Chu family more trouble.

As expected, after the video was deleted, the Chu family was heavily reprimanded. Even the Chu Group’s stock prices plummeted.

Fu Huai’an used his deep voice to instruct Tang Zheng to pay attention to the situation in the Chu family and to keep him updated.

Only then did Tang Zheng understand Fu Huai’an’s intention. Fu Huai’an was planning to… get rid of the Chu family!

As Fu Huai’an’s good friend, Lu Jinnan was very surprised when he saw the video. Back then, he had wanted to bring Chu Xun and Fu Huai’an together as a couple. However, after seeing this video, Lu Jinnan felt apologetic toward Tuan Tuan.

The video was deleted very quickly and very thoroughly. What was even more surprising was that even the video stored in the computer of Haicheng Daily’s deputy chief editor had been deleted right before his eyes. The computer was completely beyond his control, as if someone was controlling it remotely!

That was the only original version of the video that he had left behind.
