Mr Fu, I Really Love You

Chapter 968: You’re Not Willing to Give This a Shot?

She jogged to the bed and handed the photo to Cen Mo, then went up on the bed and leaned against Cen Mo’s chest. ”Look, isn’t this Xiangsi when she was little…”

The photo was a solo shot of Lu Xiangsi when she was little. In it, she wore a princess frock, and her hair was tied up in two plaits… looking pretty like a barbie doll.

Cen Mo smiled and looked at the photo, then at Tuan Tuan on the phone. He nodded. ”Mm… if Tuan Tuan were to put on the same clothes, he would certainly look identical to Xiangsi when she was little!”

Song Yao leaned her head against Cen Mo’s chest and took Lu Xiangsi’s photo. Her vision then fell upon Cen Mo’s phone, on Tuan Tuan’s beaming face.

She said, ”I feel that Tuan Tuan’s smile is more vibrant than Xiangsi’s! It means that Nuan Nuan and Fu Huai’an really took good care of Tuan Tuan!”

Cen Mo subtly nodded.

Previously, when Cen Mo saw the photo of Lin Nuan refusing to let go of Tuan Tuan despite having a gun pointed at her head, he merely felt that she was a stupid woman!

But later, when Cen Mo came to know that the baby in Lin Nuan’s arms was Tuan Tuan, Lu Xiangsi’s child, apart from gratitude towards Lin Nuan, he also felt a sense of respect towards her…

Frankly speaking, if Cen Mo were in Lin Nuan’s shoes, he wouldn’t have hesitated in handing the child over!

Cen Mo’s experiences all these years taught him not to risk his own life for the sake of a child who had no blood relation to him.

Cen Mo pinched Song Yao’s thin shoulders and said, ”I’ll take good care of you and our child too!”

Song Yao nodded. ”Mm, I believe you!”

Song Yao liked the way she got along with Cen Mo now. So long as she didn’t ask to leave the Cen residence, so long as she didn’t make Cen Mo feel like she was trying to escape, Cen Mo was very normal and gentle.

”I’m going to learn French tomorrow. During lesson time, I’ll find the time to daydream and think of you!” Song Yao said to Cen Mo.

”I’ve thought about this problem…” Cen Mo placed Lu Xiangsi’s photo at the head of the bed and said as he locked the screen, ”Why don’t you learn at home? I’ll invite the teacher to our home. If you want to be immersed in the environment… I can hire ten-odd tutors to practice with you at home!”

”Haven’t we agreed on it?” Song Yao propped herself up with a hand against Cen Mo’s chest. ”How can you go back on your word?”

”You’re pregnant, and I’ll be worried if you leave the house!” When Cen Mo said this, although he was smiling, Song Yao could tell his attitude was firm on this issue. He wasn’t planning to discuss it with Song Yao, he was giving her an order.

Song Yao held back the fury in her heart and asked Cen Mo, ”You’re actually afraid I’ll leave you, right?”

The warm atmosphere disappeared. Song Yao’s chilly tone made the atmosphere a little nerve-wracking.

”Cen Mo, we’re already married and have a child coming. I don’t know what else you’re worried about! Don’t tell me you’re going to trap me in this house forever. Apart from keeping you company, I’m not allowed to go anywhere?”

”You’re too uptight, Song Yao!”

”You’re the one who’s uptight!” Song Yao’s voice had a reprimanding tone to it.

Seeing Cen Mo’s gaze instantly turn dark, Song Yao didn’t wish to make things even more ugly between the two of them.

She calmed herself down, then removed the rubber band from her hair and tied her hair up again. She knelt on the bed, pulled up Cen Mo’s hand, and placed it on her heart, trying her best to speak as gently as possible. ”You’re too uptight, Cen Mo. We’re already married. I want to lead a normal life with you. I know you lack a sense of security, so I’m willing to try with you. Let’s figure out a way that makes both of us comfortable, shall we?”

Song Yao’s attitude was particularly sincere.

Without waiting for Cen Mo to reject her, Song Yao was already straddling Cen Mo’s body. Her arms circled his neck, and she pressed her forehead against Cen Mo’s. ”You’re not willing to try for my sake? You’re not willing to test how much I love you, whether I will… abandon you when you turn around?”
