Mr Fu, I Really Love You

Lin Nuan rushed into the kitchen in her slippers. The British shorthair, which had been sitting on the back of the couch, jumped off the couch and followed behind Lin Nuan on its four short legs as it meowed.

She took out a bottle of milk and a slice of cheesecake from the refrigerator. Seeing Lin Nuan take out food from the fridge, the British shorthair meowed and ran over to her feet. It raised its paw and pawed at Lin Nuan’s leg, wanting its female owner to feed it.

Lin Nuan didn’t pay the British shorthair any attention, using her leg to push away the fat cat. She quickly ran out and passed the food to Fu Huai’an. ”You haven’t eaten dinner yet. Use these to fill your tummy first!”

Fu Huai’an reached out to take the food. His cold and handsome features were full of smiles as he nodded. ”Okay!”

Lin Nuan stood at the door as she watched the tall Fu Huai’an step into the black minivan. She couldn’t help but jog out. Lin Nuan’s tears threatened to fall as the tail lights of the vehicle disappeared from her sight.

A strong sense of helplessness and fear bubbled up inside Lin Nuan. It was like the dark clouds before a storm.

Lin Nuan didn’t dare to keep Tuan Tuan waiting in the dining room. She went back to close the door and saw the British shorthair sitting at the entrance to the kitchen. Its tail was curled as it looked at her with its beautiful eyes.

Lin Nuan gripped onto the door handle and pressed her forehead against the door. After she had calmed down, she jogged into the dining room with a smile on her face. She rubbed her hands together, and her voice was cheerful…

”It’s so cold outside! It was freezing!” Lin Nuan smiled and placed her hands on Tuan Tuan’s face. ”Will Tuan Tuan help warm Mama up?”

Tuan Tuan giggled and placed his small hands over the back of Lin Nuan’s larger ones. He used his face and palms to warm up Lin Nuan’s slender fingers, which were actually not that cold.

Lin Nuan pressed her forehead against Tuan Tuan’s and spoke softly, ”Papa isn’t going to be around tonight, so Tuan Tuan will follow Mama to Jinjiang TV Station and accompany her as she films her show, okay? Tuan Tuan can even sleep with Mama on the big bed tonight!”

The tiny child was elated to hear that he could sleep with Lin Nuan. He ate an extra bowl of rice at dinner and didn’t seem to question where Papa had gone.

After all, to Tuan Tuan, it was normal for Fu Huai’an to be out at night on business…

Last time, Tuan Tuan stayed at home with Auntie Li. But now, he got to be with Mama, so Tuan Tuan was already very happy.

Dinner was bland and tasteless to Lin Nuan. On the other hand, Tuan Tuan ate until he was stuffed.

The tiny child noticed that Lin Nuan wasn’t in a good mood. He wanted to cheer her up with a lollipop that was in his school bag. Tuan Tuan had just opened his schoolbag and hadn’t gotten the chance to find the lollipop when Fang Yan arrived to pick up Lin Nuan.

This time, it was Miss Xia who drove. Fang Yan had no objections to Lin Nuan bringing her child along to Jinjiang TV Station after hearing that there would be no one at home to look after him. After seeing Tuan Tuan’s cute face, Fang Yan told Lin Nuan that she would help her take good care of him when she began filming.

Lin Nuan and Tuan Tuan sat in the backseat. It was probably time for the child to go to bed, as Tuan Tuan fell asleep on Lin Nuan’s thigh to the rocking of the car.

Lin Nuan took off her coat and used it to cover Tuan Tuan. Her furrowed brows hadn’t relaxed at all. Even Fang Yan and Miss Xia could tell that Lin Nuan wasn’t in a good mood.

Fu Huai’an going on leave this time was relatively big news, so Fang Yan and Miss Xia both knew that he was taking a break…

And usually, Fu Huai’an and Lin Nuan would stick to each other every chance they got. Miss Xia and Fang Yan originally thought they would be driving by themselves, while Fu Huai’an and Lin Nuan would be in a separate car.

But today, Lin Nuan walked out of the villa with the child, and there was no sign of Fu Huai’an.

Miss Xia, who was in the driver’s seat, and Fang Yan, who was in the front passenger seat, looked at each other. Both of them thought that Lin Nuan was in a bad mood because she had fought with Fu Huai’an.

But even if they fought, she didn’t have to bring her child to work! Would Fu Huai’an have such a serious fight with her that he wouldn’t look after the child?
