Mr Fu, I Really Love You

Chapter 339: Tuan Tuan Was Deeply Troubled

Tuan Tuan looked at him with envy.

”But Mama says I’m too talkative and energetic, I may disturb my grandma while she’s sleeping! So I’m not allowed to sleep with my grandma, and I have to sleep with my mama,” Little Candy added, waving his fair hand.

Little Candy certainly had the gift of the gab, and he could speak in such long sentences. Tuan Tuan was envious, but he was even more envious that Little Candy was able to sleep together with his mama every night.

His mama would accompany him to sleep every night, but when he awoke the next morning, she had left the room and would be sleeping next to his papa.

Papa was an adult and shouldn’t need Mama to accompany him, shame on him!

He was the kid, and Mama should be accompanying him to sleep!

Papa was so naughty!

Tuan Tuan turned around and slumped on the table; he was annoyed with his papa.

Little Candy stood in front of the table, looking at a fuming Tuan Tuan. He dragged his chair over and sat in front of Tuan Tuan. ”Tuan Tuan, can your papa be my papa too?”

The moment he heard this, Tuan Tuan turned his head the other way. Still feeling annoyed, he said, ”No!”

Little Candy got up and walked towards Tuan Tuan. He said in a kiddish voice, ”I will let my mama be your mama, okay?”

Angered, Tuan Tuan straightened his back and pulled a long face. ”I already have a mama!” he declared loudly.

Little Candy wasn’t unhappy that Tuan Tuan had shouted at him. He gazed at Tuan Tuan with his big, bright eyes, pondered for a moment, and suddenly clapped his hands and smiled. ”Why don’t we get married, Tuan Tuan? After we are married, your papa and mama will become my papa and mama! And my mama can be your mama too! Then we will both have a papa and a mama! This is what my mama’s blind date, Uncle Wu, told me!”

Get married?

Tuan Tuan was reminded of the time when his papa and mama got married…

Tuan Tuan frowned and thought about how pitiful Little Candy was. He didn’t have a papa, but Tuan Tuan had both a papa and mama!

If yummy food could be shared, perhaps a papa and mama could be shared too?

Tuan Tuan was deeply troubled.

…

On the highest floor of the Kaide Corporation, Fu Huai’an removed his suit jacket and leaned against a table. He had both his hands in his pocket, and a cigarette was hanging from his lips as he gazed at the pouring rain outside the window.

The sunny weather had only lasted two days, and now, Haicheng had become wet and rainy again. The sky was overcast, and the city appeared dark and gloomy.

The office was brightly lit, and the night’s finance news was playing on the huge television screen.

The rain was pelting against the French windows. Fu Huai’an gazed at his reflection and the reflection of the glowing end of his cigarette flickering in the windows.

He took the cigarette and tapped the ashes into the ashtray. The white smoke formed a translucent veil over his eyes.

Last night, when he asked Lin Nuan if she would love him as much as she loved Wen Moshen, Lin Nuan hadn’t given him an answer. Even though they had hugged each other to sleep after that, it seemed as though a wedge had been driven between them.

It was his fault for being too anxious…

Fu Huai’an felt irritated and frowned as he took a deep puff of his cigarette.

Lin Nuan had been in love with Wen Moshen for eight years, whereas he had only been with her for a short period of time…

From the start, he had been the one in control of their relationship. His plan was to first draw Lin Nuan close to him, then gradually build up a relationship with her. This had been his intention all along, but he had been too rash and anxious last night.

Lin Nuan was like a drug to Fu Huai’an—the more he indulged in it, the more addicted and possessive he became.

Fu Huai’an’s thoughts were interrupted by a sudden knocking on the door. He got up and put out the remaining half of his cigarette. ”Come in…”

Lu Jinnan walked in together with Fu Qingquan’s secretary, Secretary Song.
