Mr Fu, I Really Love You

Chapter 132: Fu Huai’an Would Not Drive in the Opposite Lane

Lin Nuan bit her lips and had to admit that once she saw that it was Fu Huai’an behind the car window, her heart felt relieved.

Instead of boarding the car, Lin Nuan quietly walked forward with her head down.

The Bentley also nudged forward at an extremely slow speed.

When Lin Nuan stopped, so would the Bentley.

She turned to glare at Fu Huai’an who was in the car, only to see that the man wasn’t looking at her at all.

Fu Huai’an calmly drew out a cigarette and bit on it as he lowered his head to light it with his lighter.

Lin Nuan felt like her punch had landed on cotton—no matter how hard she hit, it was useless as the cotton would not be damaged. Her heart grew increasingly annoyed.

The flickering fire of the lighter illuminated Fu Huai’an’s features and it seemed like his steadiness was carved between his brows. His every action was filled with a mature charisma that belonged to those who had experienced a lot, making people feel fear and respect. It was as though Lin Nuan was the only one who panicked because of the earlier matter.

With fiery anger in her heart, she turned to walk past the car and towards the pavement on the opposite end.

Walking along the pedestrian’s pavement, Lin Nuan believed that Fu Huai’an would drive in the opposite lane.

Even though she was clearly afraid alone, Lin Nuan was unwilling to get on Fu Huai’an’s car…

Not only because she was feeling awkward from what happened, but also because she had no resistance against Fu Huai’an – even the simplest of actions could lead her into submission. Furthermore, she was currently still embarrassed, but Fu Huai’an had already regained control and returned to his calm self.

Lin Nuan hated her self that acted like that, and she was afraid that if she got on the car, something that shouldn’t happen between her and Fu Huai’an would happen.

Lin Nuan had never felt that her level of self-control was so terrible.

To her surprise, once Lin Nuan got onto the opposite pavement, the black Bentley turned on its double flashing lights and followed, driving in the opposite lane.

With the change in direction, Lin Nuan and Fu Huai’an became physically closer instead.

A car speeding down at dawn honked at Fu Huai’an, who remained calm and ignored it. He had a hand on the steering wheel while the other rested on the rolled-down car window, holding a cigarette. He looked straight ahead while his side glances remained fixed on the woman on the pavement, his face cold.

The camera flashed a few times, indicating that he was breaking the rules…

Her sweaty fists clenched tight and she stopped.

Fu Huai’an bit onto the cigarette as he stopped too, his gaze turning towards Lin Nuan’s face.

The two remained silent.

Remembering the news of the lady being raped and murdered, Lin Nuan weighed the pros and cons before eventually deciding that her life was more important than staying angry.

Furthermore, if it had to be other men, then Lin Nuan would rather do it with Fu Huai’an.

Eventually, Lin Nuan relented…

She walked to the car and reached her hand out for the backseat door.

”Am I your chauffeur?” Fu Huai’an moved the cigarette from his lips and tapped it outside the window. Even though his voice sounded neutral, but it was like he was lecturing others.

Sensing Lin Nuan’s unhappiness, he said, ”Sit on the passenger seat.”

Lin Nuan’s ears burned as she walked over to the passenger seat and sat down.

”Safety belt.”

Fu Huai’an extinguished the remaining half of the cigarette after he spoke, rolling up the car window before he sped up.

When he finally sent Lin Nuan to her building, it was already two-thirty a.m. in the morning.

Fu Huai’an parked the car. Lin Nuan unbuckled her safety belt and went to unlock the car door.

”Click—”

The car door was locked.

Lin Nuan looked at Fu Huai’an with guarded eyes.

”I won’t do it with you in another person’s car…” Fu Huai’an’s deep voice came out calmly and he looked towards the clock on the dashboard. ”There isn’t enough time either.”

Lin Nuan remained silent with a red face. When she heard Fu Huai’an say ”do it with you”, she shifted around uneasily as though millions of ants were biting her whole body.
