Yamata no Orochi wasn’t intimidated in the slightest, “Since setting foot on this mainland, I’ve always found it peculiar, especially upon reaching this Mount Tai, it became even more peculiar. An ancient deity like the Deity of Mount Tai ought to derive endless incense strength from mortals. Yet there are many temples of Mount Tai, and many worship Dongyue the Great Emperor, yet no incense strength forms… Even though the Deity of Mount Tai no longer governs Yin and Yang, the divine position remains intact… Although the incense strength would continually flow from the mortal realm to the side of the deity, this is the divine position’s benefit. And this incense strength is no longer produced, could I assume the divine position has ceased to exist… Or rather, could it mean the current reigning Deity of Mount Tai has left and no longer resides in this present world, causing the incense strength’s inability to reach?”

Speaking further, Yamata no Orochi glanced at the Bronze Masked Man, continuing to sneer, “This guy is certain the Imperial Edict is authentic, you also claim to be the true Deity of Mount Tai… then I can only imagine one possibility! The true Deity of Mount Tai possessing the divine position might have perished, or left for unknown reasons, leaving you in the Imperial Edict! But regardless of which, as a thread of divine intent, you cannot replenish from the main body. Like a person about to die of thirst… we are the water source you need?”

‘Zhan’ slowly descended upon the altar, his pitch-black pupils emitting a faint glimmer, “You are quite smart.”

Yamata no Orochi said, “Seems like you’re admitting?”

‘Zhan’ smiled faintly, “These are merely your assumptions, what is your real evidence?”

Yamata no Orochi shrugged, “Quite unfortunate… so-called gods, I have also been. When you first unleashed the divine power, it indeed frightened me, but it was exactly this divine power that exposed you… In divine power lies information, which ordinary humans might not perceive, but I can.”

“Hahahahaha!!” ‘Zhan’ suddenly burst into unrestrained laughter, “You are much smarter than that Emperor Shihuang… consider it a reward. This Emperor will personally claim your souls! You’re correct, this Emperor is indeed weak now, but to seize your souls is by no means difficult!”

Instantly, a fierce aura emanated from ‘Zhan’!

Around the surroundings, suddenly strong winds were raging, ghostly energy sinister, malevolent aura overwhelming!

“Damn it! What kind of Great Emperor deity is this, this is simply a deranged Evil God!” Yamata no Orochi cursed, then shouted, “Elder Brother Lian Zhen, if you don’t take action, you’ll be helping me collect the remains!!”

With closed eyes, Lian Zhen suddenly opened his eyes wide, his palm swiftly opened, sweeping out, three stitches of purple light shot rapidly toward ‘Zhan’!

Facing this sudden ambush, ‘Zhan’ snorted coldly, his palm swept out, the needle-like purple light was directly wiped away… however, ‘Zhan’ suddenly furrowed his brows.

He slowly turned his palm – only to find, at some point, a purple needle had pierced into his palm.

Seeing this, Yamata no Orochi chuckled coldly, slowly retracting his palm, “If I really wanted to ambush you, would I say it out loud… Idiot!”

“Deceitful Path.” ‘Zhan’ snorted coldly, with a surge of intention, the purple needle on the back of his hand was instantly expelled, “Trivial trick… hmm?”

‘Zhan’s’ expression suddenly became strange!
