Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven

Chapter 205: Lia’s physique and its connection to Origin

One more hour passed swiftly, that time was spent with Lia trying all sorts of clothing and showing it to Grey who sat there with a bored expression, Lia on the other hand was having the time of her life.

But on the bright side, just staring at her gave him insight into her Endless Potential Physique which had awakened.

[Your comprehension defies the heaven! By observing the Endless Potential Physique, you’ve gained insight into the ’Endless Potential Physique’]

The puzzles were slowly arranging themselves together, it might be due to her awakening, but the insights he received were way higher than whatever he used to get back in Nova City.

And the functioning of the physique was halfway absorbed, it worked mysteriously and from the insight he received, he understood that this physique was connected to the law of Hongmeng somehow, it dealt with origin and origin had endless potential, origin was the budding place of potential and the physique allowed you to utilize the power of origin to continuously increase potential.

When you were linked to origin itself, bottlenecks would no longer be a problem for you.

If Grey was not wrong, as long as he kept Lia close to him and continuously stared at her for hours, he might be able to comprehend the physique in a month, but if he did it normally, it could very well take him a year or half that.

It all depended on Lia, she was someone who won the championship meaning she was most likely going to the top academy for training and getting stronger. If she chose that, then it was a certainty that they would not see each other for a few months or years depending on how fast he unified the southern region and collected the other fragments in the Starcrest Continent.

On that note, he decided to ask her directly. ”Are you going to go to the academy?”

Hearing this, Lia froze abruptly. She had completely forgotten about the academy matters.

But on the other hand, she thought for a moment and shook her head.

”I’m not going.” Lia gazed deeply at Grey. ”You told me once remember? You will turn me into the best genius the city had seen, I am still holding onto your words.”

She smiled sweetly. ”Little Hong will be sad if I left. I know for sure that you won’t take care of her properly. You aren’t built for that, I can only take up the duty of looking after Little Hong and in turn you will help me become stronger.”

In fact, Lia being here would not change anything. Sure, the academy might have countless expansive techniques and resources, but what did that matter to Lia who was a literal god with the Endless Potential Physique?

She did not need any resources.

Bottlenecks and bad energy gathering speed were things Lia would never encounter in her life, in fact, she might outrun Grey even with all the resources he held at his disposal, even counting the things he could get from the federation.

An awakened physique was no joke.

As for techniques, there was no need to say anything about that. If she said she had the most powerful techniques at her disposal then others would not dare to speak when she was around.

”Are you planning on staying in my mansion forever?” Grey asked, but his voice carried more bewilderment than rebuke.

Lia simply shrugged at this. Living with Grey was better for her, that way she would be able to see him daily and even see Little Hong, but on the other side of the southern region, where Nova City lay, it was completely empty, no one she knew closely was there except her father and she did not like him one bit.

He was an idiot and plain stupid, someone who didn’t understand her wishes and always acted against them.

Recently, he even tried setting her up with another person from the Duskwood family. She was absolutely enraged beyond words.

There was also another fact Lia was made aware of. She wasn’t actually his daughter, no, she believed there was something going on and she would have to ask him herself to find the answers.

She was a god, and from the information she received, gods could not be born in a normal way, biological birth with blood relation was simply impossible.

At the same time, her face slightly reddened, she had loudly said that she wished to be with him forever, wasn’t this basically a confession?

And her words, didn’t she just agree to become the mother to Little Hong?
