The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 192: Chapter 192: Talk About It Later (Part 6)_1

Perhaps it was because she ran too fast that she tripped over the threshold as she was leaving.

Yang Ruxin felt that she had never been so embarrassed in her two lives, and she admitted that she was indeed attracted to men, she also admitted that she quite liked the feeling of being with Gu Qingheng, but what of it? After all, her goal was to make a fortune and provide for her younger siblings, and she simply had no time for anything else.

Well, even if she was willing to date, this world was not like the one she came from in her previous life, where family background was the most important test of the time.

The Gu Family might seem ordinary to those unfamiliar with them, but she, who was especially close to the Gu Family, could tell from the behavior of the Feng Family and Gu Qingheng that they must have come from an aristocratic family. Their etiquette and demeanor were ingrained in their bones, and even though they might intentionally try to appear more uncouth, their refinement shone through nonetheless.

Such people, should they one day return to their original way of life, she guessed it would be very troublesome, and she disliked trouble the most. Therefore, she felt it was better to just stay friends for now. As for the future... well, that could be discussed later.

Gu Qingheng was sitting steadily in the courtyard.

Yang Ruxin took a deep breath in secret, and although she had prepared herself for how she would act, looking at him in person, she still felt embarrassed, so she pretended not to see him and planned to take a detour out.

”From tomorrow on, I’ll come over and teach you to read every day,” Gu Qingheng spoke up just as Yang Ruxin came out of the kitchen.

”Ah?” Yang Ruxin looked up in surprise.

”Didn’t you say before that you wanted to learn to read?” Gu Qingheng smiled, ”Then let’s start tomorrow. Knowing how to read will make things more convenient in the future... and once you’ve learned, you can also teach Erni and the others.” It wasn’t that he didn’t want to teach them together, but he wanted to spend time alone with Xinxin.

”Sure,” Yang Ruxin nodded eagerly, ”but since you have difficulty moving around, I should come over instead.” She had already forgotten the awkwardness from before, she could read, but she was somewhat unfamiliar with traditional characters, and only with a teacher would she have a good excuse for anything she did in the future.

Gu Qingheng smiled again, ”Also, about that Black Bear, how do you plan to divide the money?”

Yang Ruxin hurried back and went up to Gu Qingheng, ”How should it be divided?”

”The bear wasn’t hunted by Ayao,” Gu Qingheng exhaled, ”But since our two families are close, it’s only right for Ayao to help. But what about the others? What I want to know is, do you plan to share some of the money with the few who helped?”

”Yes,” Yang Ruxin nodded, ”I can’t let them help for nothing, they may say they don’t want anything, but I still want to give each of them ten or eight silver pieces to improve their lives a little. It’s better than owing them favors, don’t you think? Of course, this also depends on if the Black Bear can be sold, and how much silver it will bring in.” She didn’t understand why the other party was asking this question, but she felt that he would not have asked it for no reason, so she shared all her thoughts.

In front of this man, she found she really could not avoid answering any of his questions honestly, and for the moment, she couldn’t figure out why she felt the way she did.

”I had Ayao take the Black Bear directly to Qi Yong,” Gu Qingheng looked up at Yang Ruxin, ”I conservatively estimate that you should get about three hundred silver pieces for it.”
