Tang Mo’er and Lin Shiyu arrived at the VIP lounge downstairs. There was a round table which seated many people, with Gu Mohan at the main seat. He was clad in a handmade white shirt and his sleeves were rolled up a few times. An expensive watch wrapped around his wrist and his straight body leaned against the seat. His long, slender fingers held a cigarette in between.

He was seated next to CEO Wan and a few others in the joint venture. The men talked to him with their faces full of hope and flattered him. He nodded his head lazily and continued to smoke.

In such an apathetic and restrained atmosphere, he was clearly at the top of the pecking order.

The big boss of Gu Corporation, Gu Mohan was playing this game of Truth or Dare for the sake of it.

Lu Qi’er, Lin Ruoxi and Han Xiaowan had all come while An Shuangshuang did not. She was very low-key and never socialised.

“All of you come over and sit wherever you want. There’s an empty seat next to the president, who wants to sit next to him?” asked CEO Wan.

The empty seat next to Gu Mohan was the deputy seat.

Han Xiaowan was clever enough to find a seat for herself. She knew in such an occasion, she had no say in anything. She was sure of herself. She had come to watch dramatic events unfold.

As such, judging from their expectant expressions, Tang Mo’er felt that these men had set their gaze at Lu Qi’er and her.

At this moment, Gu Mohan exhaled a breath of a smoke and looked up. He fixed a deep gaze on Tang Mo’er.

“Shiyu, let’s sit there.”

Tang Mo’er held Lin Shiyu’s hand and sat opposite Gu Mohan.

“Miss Lu, you’ll have to seat next to the president then.”

Lu Qi’er smiled and said, “It’s alright. We girls should opposite all of you. It’s more fun this way too.”

Lu Qi’er brought Lin Ruoxi to sit next to Han Xiaowan.

The Capital’s leading socialite was nurtured so well. Her humble and considerate nature immediately won the approval of the men.

“President, since everyone’s here, let’s begin.” hinted CEO Wan to Gu Mohan.

Gu Mohan moved his thin lips and said, “Wait, there’s still someone coming.”

The moment he finished speaking, the door of the VIP room opened and a tall figure appeared.

Fu Qinglun.

“Oh it’s Young Master Fu. Quickly sit down, Young Master Fu.”

Fu Qinglun wore a black trench coat, looking as if he had rushed over. At the moment he opened the door, it was as if cold gust of wind blew in from the outside. His handsome and modest face had no expression. However, it was evident that his aura was colder than usual. He gazed coldly at Lin Shiyu and smiled faintly.

He sat next to Gu Mohan.

Lin Ruoxi looked at Fu Qinglun, who was opposite her. Her eyes lit up.

“Look Mrs Fu, Young Master Fu is here. The both of you were only just engaged three years ago, yet you flew over to Singapore to further your studies after your wedding night. For the past three years, you’ve allowed Young Master Fu to be alone for such a long time. Aren’t you afraid Young Master Fu will have to restrain himself so much it’ll destroy him.” someone ridiculed.

Lin Shiyu looked at Fu Qinglun and smiled, “Why would I? There’s a lot of pretty girls outside who would do anything to warm Mr Fu’s bed and sleep with him. If he feels lonely, he can always find another woman to sleep with.”

“Haha, Young Master Fu, Mrs Fu is getting jealous. Please clear things up, you’re not having an affair outside right?”

Fu Qinglun looked at the woman gloomily and chuckled darkly inside. She would be jealous?
