The President is Being Shameless Again

“I will,” Wei Zilin spoke softly and lightly as he looked at Xu Moyan. His words made it seem as though he was about to leave, but he did not seem willing to move away from her.

“I’m leaving now. Can you give me a kiss?”

Xu Moyan looked at Wei Zilin’s gentle, elegant-looking face. She could not bear to move her eyes away from his face as she held on to his shoulders and propped herself up. Then, she stood on tip-toe and kissed him lightly on the lips.

This ignited something inside of Wei Zilin as he lost his cool due to Xu Moyan’s kiss. He pushed her against the door frame and refused to let her go.

“Cough!” A light cough was suddenly heard, but it sounded like a huge explosion in Xu Moyan’s ears.

Xu Moyan quickly pushed Wei Zilin away as he very obediently moved away from her. They turned back to see Shen Zongyi and Zheng Yuntong standing next to them with a teasing look on their faces.

Xu Moyan covered her face and went into the house. She did not even say goodbye to Wei Zilin.

It would have been bearable if it was just Zheng Yuntong, but Shen Zongyi, whom she was not really familiar with, had also saw her. It really felt like… beauty really does distract!

Wei Zilin looked calmly at both his subordinates. Then, he coolly nodded at both of them. “I’ll make my move first.”

He paused a moment and later said to Zheng Yuntong, “Don’t ask her about this later. She’s going to feel embarrassed about it.”

If she got mad over this, he would be the one at the losing end.

Zheng Yuntong did not know that Wei Zilin was protecting his own interest and merely assumed that Wei Zilin was being concerned over Xu Moyan. Even though she really wanted to tease Xu Moyan about it, the whole event was quite a shock to her as well. Xu Moyan might have felt too embarrassed to discuss it, but even Zheng Yuntong was caught off guard.

This was quite a normal occurrence between couples as even she and Shen Zongyi acted this way.

However, Wei Zilin was her boss and was someone who seemed to be so high up the social ladder that he was essentially a god.

Witnessing someone like this pushing her roommate, who was also her good friend, up against the doorframe to kiss so voraciously was a scene that was quite a shock for her to witness.

It had suddenly destroyed the image she had of her cool, calculating boss.

This was why Zheng Yuntong could only nod in a daze and agree to his words. “Don’t worry, boss. I won’t ask her anything.”

Only then did Wei Zilin leave.

Shen Zongyi and Zheng Yuntong did not turn back to look at him, which was why they did not notice Wei Zilin quicken his pace, as if trying to escape an embarrassing situation.
