The President is Being Shameless Again

Chapter 296: Xu Moyan’s Heart Was Intrigued. She Still Said A Few Little Words Of Courteous.

The elevator soon arrived at the Public Relations Department’s floor. The two people went out of the elevator in a daze after being overwhelmed with shock. Zheng Yuntong was about to head out as well but was dragged back in by Shen Zongyi.

Zheng Yuntong looked over at him curiously as Shen Zongyi raised his wrist up. He lifted it up as he was still holding onto Zheng Yuntong’s hand, refusing to let go. Then, he looked at his watch and said, “There’s still time. Come to my office.”

Was he planning to walk around the whole office hand in hand?

Zheng Yuntong confusedly agreed and did not leave the elevator. Then, she followed Shen Zongyi up to his office.

He led her through a lot of departments on their way there. They were showered by astonished gazes as they paraded around their newfound relationship.

It was not until they had reached Shen Zongyi’s office and the door was closed that Zheng Yuntong began to look around uneasily.

This was the first time she had been to his office and it felt strange. She had been his colleague for a long time, and they had gotten closer lately, but she had never once been here. It was probably because there was never a time when they needed to have direct contact before this.

His office was simple. It had a two-seat sofa for visitors, a round coffee table, and a desk with two computers on it. One was a laptop, and the other was a desktop. There were no other personal objects on the table.

Everything in the office was very business oriented. It looked cold and serious, just like the impression he had always given out.

Zheng Yuntong blushed and made a stifled sound. “Um.”

Shen Zongyi chuckled at her. Why did she become more restrained after they had started dating?

However, he did not feel that she was alienating herself, and there was a sense of closeness between them now. It was an odd sensation for him.

Shen Zongyi was not vexed by any means. They had just officially established their relationship, so they were not used to each other yet. This would gradually change over time.

He pulled Zheng Yuntong to sit on the two-seat sofa where she watched as his visibly boney hand opened the tube of ointment he had bought earlier. He squeezed some out and applied it on her wrist.

It had a bit of a Chinese medicine smell to it, but it was not at all pungent. It had a whiff of mint to it as well, and it made the ointment more pleasant to the nose. It felt cold on the skin, but her muscles became more relaxed, and after a brief moment of pain, it began to subside.

After applying the cream, she indeed felt much better.

He read through the instructions on the box and said, “It says applying it once a day is enough. So, I’ll apply it again at noon tomorrow.”

Zheng Yuntong smiled glowingly after being cared for so meticulously.

Shen Zongyi felt warm as well as he looked at her after putting the tube of ointment down.

Zheng Yuntong’s smile faded slowly as she pursed her lips shyly. Her upper lip covered her lower lip as she gently bit down on it. “What… what’s wrong?”

“Just now, when we were outside, I said I wanted to kiss you, and you said we were in the middle of a busy street. Now that there’s no one in my office, I want to kiss you. May I?” Shen Zongyi asked with a smile.

Zheng Yuntong could not hold back her laughter. She pouted her lips as she said, “Didn’t you say you had a strong character? Did you have to ask first?”

“My bad.” Shen Zongyi chuckled slightly.

Zheng Yuntong was not expecting him to have such a good temper. She suddenly felt like she had hit the jackpot being able to see his innate character. How could Shen Zongyi be this good even in private!

Whilst she was still enjoying in his laughter, Shen Zongyi unexpectedly pulled her into his arms. After this, her lips were pressed against his before she had the time to respond.

They were thin and hot, but unexpectedly soft. Originally, he had just put a gentle peck on her lips. However, the two people that were so attracted to each other that they were not entirely satisfied with such stiffness. Zheng Yuntong began to move her lips slightly, rubbing it on his as if trying to get more intimate with him.
