Wei Zilin found it refreshing that someone could just genuinely like something without a hidden agenda. He did not find it annoying but instead, he actually found it to be quite interesting.

Curiosity had gotten the better of him as he wanted to know what kind of person a girl like that would turn out to be, a girl who actually likes someone with no ulterior motive. He did not think much of it at the time. He just felt that she had an interesting personality and thought that it would be easy to get along with her. He enjoyed spending time with her and did not experience any trouble with her. Gradually, he found himself enjoying their time together more and more.

The more time he spent with her and the more he got to know her, he found himself taking notice of every little thing about her.

Whether it is simply attraction in itself or a subtle trait one inhabits. One cannot explain nor understand how it happens. It is fate.
