a fiery girl will born this way

Hearing his voice, Jiang Youyou suddenly felt sad. She looked at her bleeding leg and asked weakly, “Do you still remember me, Doctor Bai? I’m Jiang Youyou.”

At the other end Bai Zhehan was trying hard to recall the voice. He was quite certain the voice belonged to that guineapig, who hadn’t had a single coin nor a single relative or friend to rely on. At that time they were testing “Passion No. PT-14187”. They had tested it on hundreds of laboratory mice and achieved a quite obvious effect. But they were always short of the human testers in clinical trials.

“Hello! What can I do for you?” Bai Zhehan asked, looking at the thin, pale high school girl lying in bed.

“There is nothing wrong with the medicine I tried, is it? I can’t feel the pain now.” Jiang Youyou idly tore the bloody skin and flesh off the wound on her calf

Those drips and injections that Bai Zhehan prescribed for Jiang Youyou were all a front, the real test drug was the air freshener Zeng Yuan splashed every day. This new drug could quickly arouse sexual desire and made man feel the women becoming younger and more energetic. Even virgins might have sexual urges. They had doubted that the drug would lose effect in twenty-four hours. It was a kind of hormone that stimulated melanocyte receptors in human brain, which played an important role in arousing sexual desire. But PT-141 was different. It worked directly on the brains of the females. So there existed the possibility of making women brain lose the sensation of pain.

Bai Zhehan hurriedly took notes on the notebook and said to the phone, “There was nothing wrong with the drug. By the way, we have already paid to you, haven’t we?” This chapter was copied from novelсeo.com without permission.

Jiang Youyou heard the beeps of hanging up in her phone.

She took a roll of tissue and wrapped it around her leg. She dressed the cut several rounds, like a wounded soldier in the past dressed his wound. Surely, he had paid her a lot of money, enough for her to live in this city for all her life. What should she beg him for?

Actually she wanted to ask him again whether he liked her or not. It seemed unnecessary to ask now. If there was a little bit love for her, he wouldn’t take her to that promiscuous party. Was it a part of the clinical trial?

Blood had soon soaked through the tissue roll, but the bleeding was not stopped yet.

In her hometown, the substance used to stop bleeding was the ash from a stove. Just one handful of ash and sprinkling it on the wound would be OK. But there were no ash at home now. Looking for it for a long time, finally she found half a bottle of Erguotou wine left by former tenant instead. Enjoying the story? Read on at novelceo dot com.

She unscrewed the bottle cap and poured the wine on her leg. No sensation at all. The smell of the alcohol mingled with bloody flavor spread in the room.

All of a sudden the room became pitch dark. To make the matter worse, there was an unexpected power failure. Jiang Youyou struggled to stand up and leaned against the wall to open the door.

One hand stretched from beside to cover her mouth. A man’s voice whispered in her ears, “Don’t move! I want your money only!”

Jiang Youyou suddenly felt that all the bad luck in the world had befallen her.
