Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2950: Chapter 2959: Adam Sinclair’s Conditions

Adam Sinclair suddenly stopped, bent down, and his hot breath moved forward, spraying on the back of Olivia Lewis’s neck, his voice husky and full of aggression, ”Are you sure?”

”Cough, cough...” Even though Olivia Lewis was calm enough, she instinctively avoided his overly aggressive gesture and immediately changed her tune to express, ”Actually, I’m not quite sure. Patron, calm down, I’m still a patient now, how could you have the nerve to intimidate a patient?”

Adam Sinclair saw her so scared, helplessly straightened up, keeping some distance from her, ”You still know you’re a patient, but from your demeanor, it seems you’ve forgotten you still have an injury on your shoulder!”

Olivia Lewis had teased him first, naturally feeling guilty, she sidestepped the topic and suddenly said, ”By the way, Adam Sinclair. I’m planning to get discharged next week and want to communicate with the crew about starting to film some simple dialogue scenes.”

Filming is usually divided into several types of scenes.

Scenes that require hanging wires and such are called action scenes.

And those that just need a few actors to stand there and exchange dialogues, without fighting or high-intensity movements, are dialogue scenes.

”Time Knows” is an artistic film, which also includes action scenes, but there’s not much of that. It’s mainly concentrated later in the film, with a segment of two sisters getting into a physical altercation. Since the story primarily depicts best friends’ relationships, the rest is mostly dialogue scenes.

Olivia Lewis knows Adam Sinclair is likely not to let her film, so before Adam Sinclair could speak, she quickly grabbed his arm, softened her voice, and said coquettishly, ”I asked the director; the scenes being filmed won’t touch my injuries. I’ve been staying here in the Hospital every day for two weeks and I’m about to grow mold. Let me film, please~ If you’re worried, Sister Sunny will be around too. You might not trust me, but you trust her, right?”

”I don’t trust anyone!” Adam Sinclair said with a stern face, without yielding, ”Even if you get discharged, it’s not suitable to start work immediately.”

Olivia Lewis’s eyes dimmed, seeming to have anticipated his refusal, her spirit deflated at once. Adam Sinclair watched her become listless and, for some reason, his heart softened, unable to control himself, he blurted out, ”But if you insist on filming, it’s okay.”

”Really?” Olivia Lewis’s previously dark eyes brightened instantly, forming a dazzling sparkle, and she clung tighter to his arm, ”I really want to start working, being idle every day is driving me insane.”

Adam Sinclair’s mood lifted slightly, with a slight curve at the corner of his mouth, he reached out and pinched her nose, affectionately saying, ”But there are conditions.”

Olivia Lewis felt a bit embarrassed by his playful gesture, her ears perked up as she heard his words, she immediately released her hands and patted her chest to promise, ”Tell me, as long as you let me start working, any conditions are fine!”

”Don’t agree so quickly, I haven’t even said what the conditions are.” Adam Sinclair reminded her helplessly, his noble and handsome face deep and striking, his thin lips touched lightly, speaking slowly, ”My condition is—filming is allowed, but the crew needs to find a place near the Hospital to set up the scene. The Medical team is to follow you 24/7, you need to cooperate with the doctor’s examinations anytime, and if the doctor says you need to rest, you must stop immediately! If you don’t agree to my conditions, then let’s wait until you’re completely healed before talking about it.”

The benefit of being close to the Hospital is that simply having doctors and nurses is not enough; in emergencies, medical staff can only perform first aid measures, not instant rescue. Rescue requires equipment and venues. These large-scale devices are only available at Hospitals!
