The director stayed put until she finished applying the setting powder, showing no intention of leaving. The makeup artist was anxious inside but couldn’t find an opportunity to finish what she had started saying, and she was also afraid Olivia Lewis might ask her in front of the director what she wanted to say earlier.

The makeup artist hesitated, looking at her, then sneaked a glance at the director standing right at the door, bit her lower lip, and after some hesitation, shook her head and said, ”Noth... nothing.”

She didn’t dare to say it. If she told Olivia Lewis now, the director would surely know it was her who leaked the information.

This circle isn’t that big nor that small, but she cannot afford to offend these people.

Olivia Lewis gave her a strange look, feeling the makeup artist was hiding something from her.

But out of professionalism, she still said, ”I don’t remember this being in the script.”

He looked at her with some impatience and asked, ”Ms. Lewis, can you film this? We’ve waited so long. Let’s hurry up, or we won’t be able to shoot it today either.”

Olivia Lewis held herself back and said, ”I can film it!”

”Good, stand over there.”

He turned around and immediately instructed the on-site staff, ”Okay, get ready, everyone in position.”

”Lights, aim there—”

The director, shooting from the side, watched the camera, extending his fingers to count down, ”3, 2, 1!”
