Chapter 1987: Chapter 1997: He Was Anxious and Couldn’t Sleep All Night

Enna Clark stayed with Bobby watching TV until nearly 11 o’clock, and Bobby finally fell asleep.

When she tiptoed back to the bedroom, she realized that the person in the room was still awake. She glanced at the man still playing on his phone and asked in surprise, ”Baron Lawrence, why aren’t you asleep yet?”

”Waiting for you!” He slowly put away his phone in front of Enna Clark and said.

Enna Clark rubbed her sore neck, walked over, lifted the covers, and got on the bed, saying, ”Let’s sleep, it’s already very late, and I’m really tired today.”

”Okay.” The light in the bedroom was turned off.

Enna Clark lay down, her neck just touched the pillow, feeling so comfortable that she couldn’t help but sigh.

The man’s breathing by her ear became heavier; she could sense that the person holding her was trying to restrain themselves and adjust.
