Cheng Su asked Ning Ge if he knew the details about Qi Taiguo’s aid mission to Africa, as that was the thing she cared about the most.

These past two days, she hadn’t received any call about his departure, and she didn’t know when he was leaving either.

Ning Ge replied, ”These days, I’ve been busy chasing after Song Jiaying, I didn’t even spend the New Year well, and I’ve had little opportunity to be at home, so I haven’t heard anything from my brother.”

”Then, will there be any serious danger?” Cheng Su asked again.

If we’re talking about greater danger, I’d say it’s during regular missions.”

Take the incident where Ning Le stepped on a landmine; Qi Taiguo took over for him. Without that, just relying on Ning Le himself, it’s hard to say if he’d have been able to save his life, let alone come out unscathed.

As for the aid mission to Africa, it’s not much different from peacekeeping. Both are stationed tasks, not sudden missions, so there’s no need to constantly adapt on the fly, at least there’s some time to prepare.

”Isn’t he going there to fight?” Cheng Su hesitated to ask.

”As of now, that’s not the case!” Ning Ge said: ”Don’t worry too much, Qi Taiguo can handle it.”

”But you, are you going back to Qing City in the next six months?” Ning Ge asked.

Cheng Su nodded: ”I’ll graduate this year. I plan to wait until I get my diploma before coming to Guangcheng, but with Qi Taiguo going on the aid mission to Africa, who knows when I’ll come, no hurry!”

”With him not around, take care of Xiao Qi on your own.”

Cheng Su was taken aback and asked, ”Why, is there something happening with Chiang Qing?”

”For now, no.” Ning Ge shook his head and said: ”Earlier, to stay in the Capital, she didn’t hesitate to stage a bitter act, even attempted suicide and stayed in the hospital for a while.”

”Suicide?” Cheng Su was a bit surprised.
