Cheng Su came face to face with that woman, froze, and blurted, ”Miss Song?”

Right in front of her was the woman Ning Ge always called his nemesis, Song Jiaying. How... how was she at the airport? Okay, fine, being at the airport wasn’t strange. What was strange was that she was holding a baby.

She got married?

Oh my god, what’s that blockhead Ning Ge going to do now?

Song Jiaying was also stunned when she saw Cheng Su, and then a flicker of panic flashed in her eyes.

The baby was still wailing, and Cheng Su snapped out of her shock and her sympathy for Ning Ge. Right, this wasn’t the time to think about that, she had to deal with the situation in front of her first.

”Did the baby poop?” Cheng Su squatted down and said, ”One look and I can tell you’re a newbie. Let me do it, okay?”

”Ah, how can I trouble you like that?” Song Jiaying looked a bit embarrassed and ill at ease.

”It’s fine. Even if I didn’t know you I was going to come over and help anyway, let alone since we know each other.” Cheng Su reached out to take her baby, smiling. ”I’ve always been the type who gets familiar fast, don’t take it the wrong way.”

Song Jiaying kind of didn’t want to hand the baby over, but hearing him cry so miserably, that demonic sound drilling right through her eardrums, she could only loosen her grip.

Cheng Su directly opened his pants. Seeing that the diaper was already leaking a bit, she said, ”We’ll have to go to the bathroom.”

”Oh, oh!” Song Jiaying hurriedly picked up her luggage, pushed the trolley, and followed behind Cheng Su.

Cheng Su took another look at the baby, and at that glance her steps paused for a second, her mouth falling open in surprise.

But she didn’t ask. Once they got to the bathroom, she quickly dealt with the baby’s poop and pee. The water in the bathroom was cold, so she poured some hot water from her thermos to mix it. After carefully wiping the baby’s butt clean with toilet paper and changing him into a dry diaper, he immediately stopped crying.

A quiet baby looked even more handsome, which made for a strange combination. His mouth and chin looked like Song Jiaying’s, but from the bridge of his nose up, he was basically Ning Ge’s copy.

Was this her imagination? No matter how she looked at him, she felt this kid was Ning Ge’s.

Didn’t they have a one-night stand?

Cheng Su studied the baby. Though people always say kids look like both their parents, this kind of magical combination didn’t feel jarring at all. Instead, everything blended together especially well—he was very good-looking.

Seeing Cheng Su scrutinizing the baby, Song Jiaying was secretly depressed, but there was nothing she could do.

”He seems hungry? Does he breastfeed or drink formula? Do you want to feed him?” Seeing the baby licking his lips and trying to nuzzle toward a chest, Cheng Su couldn’t help looking over at Song Jiaying.

Song Jiaying said, ”Both. I’ll feed him.”

Cheng Su borrowed a chair from the cleaner, let her sit down, and when Song Jiaying unbuttoned her clothes to feed the baby, her face was full of words she couldn’t quite say.

”How old is he?” Cheng Su couldn’t help asking.

Song Jiaying looked at the baby’s little face, her own expression very soft. She glanced at Cheng Su, hesitated for a moment, and said, ”A little over four months.”

Hearing that, Cheng Su immediately started doing calculations in her head. When was it Ning Ge said they got together again? She couldn’t remember!

She glanced at Song Jiaying’s hands, then said, ”His mouth and chin look like you. Funny, I never heard Ning Ge mention that you got married!”

At the mention of Ning Ge’s name, Song Jiaying’s body gave a little shudder. She pressed her lips together and only after a while did she lift her head to look at Cheng Su. ”I’m not married.”

For some reason, Cheng Su let out a quiet breath of relief, then looked at the baby again. ”Then...”

”I know you and Ning Ge are good friends, and you’ve already noticed it. I won’t hide it from you. Tianyi’s father is Ning Ge, but that’s all there is to it.” Song Jiaying looked at Cheng Su and said, ”I’m telling you this, but I don’t want you to tell Ning Ge about his existence. He is Song Tianyi, my son.”
