Although it was said to be two rooms, there was actually a small storage room, somewhat cramped. It was usable for storage, but not really enough for living. A one-meter bed could fit inside, so if not used as a storage room, it could be turned into a study.

So, it could barely be considered a small three-room house.

What Cheng Su liked most was the balcony, with ample open space outside. Being south-facing, sunlight streamed in, so there was no worry about not getting enough sunlight to dry clothes and such.

Finally, no more hanging clothes out in the courtyard, fearing they might be stolen or misplaced.

And the south-facing orientation was truly excellent, with sunlight streaming into the rooms, making them very bright without needing to turn on the lights.

Walking from the living room into the bedroom, the master bedroom was the largest, easily accommodating a large bed, wardrobe, and dressing table. The floor was also laid with mosaic tiles, and the baseboards were lined with black tiles.

Cheng Su walked around, examining the walls and ceiling, all finished very smoothly. The whole house had a square and tidy look, quite good indeed.

”This is much bigger than over there.” Mother Cheng also looked around inside and out, exclaiming in wonder.
