Cheng Su wasn’t too concerned about the red envelope, saying, ”As long as the two of them are happy, that’s all that matters!”

”That’s right.” Mother Ying sighed as she held her hand, ”If it all works out, we’ll truly become relatives in the future, and you’ll have to call Xiao Ya the fourth sister-in-law from now on.” She marveled at Cheng Su’s fate, being able to become in-laws with the Cheng family.

”Her dad and I have talked about this, so this year we’re planning to buy our girl a house, put it in Xiao Ya’s name, as part of her dowry. Right now, we old folks are still young. Enlightened parents are a blessing for children. Not demanding to be near their daughter and son-in-law eliminates a lot of potential conflicts.
