I Get A Random New Occupation Every Week

After chatting with Ma Weiguo for a bit, Lin Yi went to bid farewell to Liu Jingfeng, then left.

Back at home, he spent the day with Ji Qingyan and the child before setting off with Xiao Bing to the Yucatan Peninsula.

About 20 hours later, they landed at the airport.

After driving for nearly 10 hours, they finally reached the Yucatan Peninsula.

As a place heavily promoted and developed for tourism.

There were many tourists visiting here.

Their attire was indistinguishable from that of tourists.

To others, they looked just like a couple.

”This place is really hot.”

Xiao Bing waved a fan, constantly complaining.

”Compared to the island, it’s much cooler here. If you come with a tourist’s mindset, naturally you’d feel hot.”

”Got it.”

After parking the car, they bought tickets.

Converted, it was about 260 yuan per ticket, not too expensive.

Their first stop was the ruins of Chichen Itza.

It was the largest among the three ruins and the one with the most tourists.

As soon as you arrive at the site, you can see the awe-inspiring pyramid.

With the wear and tear of time, it shows mottled marks.

Looking out, all you see is the vicissitudes of time.

Faced with such scenery, Xiao Bing appeared very curious.

Even though she wasn’t short on money at home, having traveled all over the world.

This was her first visit here.

”Just from looking at these places, I can’t quite see the marvels of the Mayan civilization.”

”It’s already pretty remarkable,” Lin Yi said.

”Their true strength lies in astronomy, calendars, art, and mathematics, which shouldn’t be judged by modern standards.”

Gazing at the pyramid ahead, Lin Yi was quite moved.

”In that era, being able to build these things is unimaginable. And this is only a small part of Tilia Island’s civilization. When the mysteries of the island are fully uncovered, it might just overturn human imagination.”

Gasp—

Xiao Bing shivered slightly.

”I didn’t feel much before, but after hearing you, it does seem very impressive.”
