Chapter 617 - A Shinigami Who Was Not Good at Chanting Incantation

Sosuke Aizen liked to control everything.

Like the current situation, he secretly controlled the original 3rd seat to fight Uehara Naraku. He wanted to see the true power of the Uehara clan with his own eyes.

Even though he had already seen Uehara’s battles several times…

However, Aizen clearly knew those battles were just child’s play.

Sosuke Aizen still did not have enough information on Uehara Naraku. If he wanted to subdue or kill Uehara, he had to have more detailed information.

Therefore…

The opponent that Aizen had arranged was naturally not too weak.

No, or rather, he was also a powerful shinigami.

The name of this 5th Division 3rd seat was called Kishinaru. Unlike other shinigami controlled by Kyouka Suigetsu, Kishinaru was Aizen trusted aide in Soul Society. To Aizen, it was a rather important tool.

Compared to obtaining or killing Uehara Naraku, this tool was actually not important, so he was also directly thrown out by Aizen to test Uehara.

Of course…

Kishinaru challenging Uehara, this kind of thing…

Sosuke Aizen himself will definitely not agree on the surface.

Aizen looked at the original 3rd seat, his eyebrows could not help but slightly wrinkled, and he said with some hesitation, “Kishinaru, you should step down first. I arranged for Uehara to be the 3rd seat not because of his status, but because I believe in his power…”

“Captain Aizen!”

Kishinaru interrupted Sosuke Aizen and turned to look at Uehara, “No matter how many suitable reasons you say, it is better to let everyone see our new 3rd seat’s power!”

“…”

Uehara had a subtle expression on his face.

This guy Aizen…

It was clearly he who arranged for the original 3rd seat to challenge him, and he even put on a serious look as if his subordinates did not obey his arrangements…

This was singing a duet in front of him!

It was really hard to maintain a good person’s character!

It was not easy for everyone to act, and Uehara himself was no exception…

“Sorry, Captain Aizen…”

Uehara raised his head and looked at Sosuke Aizen. He said hesitantly, “In fact, I am already very satisfied to be able to join the 5th Division through the graduation exam. I don’t want to fight with my future companions for a position…”

“Hey!”

Kishinaru looked at Uehara angrily and said with a displeased face, “Do you mean that you are looking down on me?”

Uehara hurriedly took a few steps back, and a hint of fear flashed across his face, “No… sorry… That’s not what I meant. I never looked down on Senpai…”

“Even if he looked down on you, so what?”

Ichimaru Gin couldn’t help but chuckle. He slowly said, “With Lord Naraku’s identity, he can completely look down on anyone present…”

This sentence was a bit too much.

No matter who it was, it sounded like they were trying to sow discord.

Ichimaru Gin did not care about the crowd’s eyes and continued on his own, “But speaking of which, the position of 5th Division’s 3rd seat is really too low for Lord Naraku!

It just so happens that I want to find a time to step down as the lieutenant, so it’s better to choose today; I just wronged Lord Naraku earlier, so I will step down and give my current position….”

“Gin.”

Sosuke Aizen looked at Ichimaru Gin with a blaming expression and calmly said, “Don’t say those ironic words in front of Naraku in the future. A person’s kindness should not be an excuse for others to attack him unscrupulously…”

“Captain…”

A look of gratitude appeared on Uehara’s face as he looked at Ichimaru Gin again, “Lieutenant, I am not…”

“Lord Naraku.”

Ichimaru Gin looked at Uehara with a smile and continued with a smile, “Please don’t refuse; I am not deliberately mocking you… but Central 46 has appointed me as the 3rd Division Captain.

Naturally, it is impossible to stay in the 5th Division.”

Of course…

The reason on the surface was this.

The real reason was that Ichimaru Gin did not want to be Uehara’s boss. Even if it was only a superficial boss, Ichimaru Gin feels a little dangerous…

“This is indeed true.”

Sosuke Aizen’s finger knocked and whispered, “Gin will soon be promoted to the 3rd Division Captain. The lieutenant’s position will be vacant…”

But if that was the case…

The battle between Uehara and the 3rd seat…

Unexpectedly, Ichimaru Gin looked at Uehara the next moment. He smiled and said, “I know Captain Aizen has always been optimistic about Lord Naraku. He will definitely support Lord Naraku as the 5th Division’s lieutenant. Moreover, the captain himself has the power to appoint him;
