Chapter 551 - A Vice Admiral Taken as a Hostage

When Shanks heard Madara’s words, he fell silent. This guy was indeed the one who injured Sasuke!

If not for Madara…

Perhaps Ace would not have been arrested!

The new world actually has a saying…

The strength of the Uchiha clan was very strong!

Every Uchiha was very difficult to deal with. There seems to be a person called Obito on Beast Pirates’ side. It was said that he saved Kaido when he was in a difficult situation…

But…

It was because they were too strong that they seemed to be unconvinced. Each Uchiha seemed to have joined different pirate groups and organizations.

Sasuke lived more freely and joined the Whitebeard Pirates; Itachi joined the Akatsuki Organization; Obito seemed to have joined the Beast Pirates; Did this Madara choose to join the World Government?

If he were a person who could stand against Sasuke, then Enies Lobby’s combat strength would be somewhat terrifying. Even Shanks did not think that he could hold the advantage. It was not so simple to save Ace…

“Really…”

Shanks rubbed his eyebrows and said softly, “I came here to end the war, not to start another world war…”

Speaking of this, Shanks looked up at Vice Admiral Garp and then looked at Madara, “I wonder if you are interested in exchanging hostages? We happened to meet a Vice Admiral on the way to Enies Lobby and invited him to be a guest on our ship. Although the hostages may not be enough, can we still talk?”

Shanks wanted to use an ordinary Vice Admiral as a hostage in exchange for Portgas D. Ace, so the weight was definitely not enough!

Especially since Enies Lobby’s combat strength seemed to be not weak!

But…

This was also an option that Shanks gave the World Government.

No matter what, Shanks was determined to take Fire Fist Ace away!

As for whether the World Government chose to release Ace in exchange for the hostage or let him stay as a hostage, the Five Elder Stars would have to think about it themselves…

In any case, these two things would make the World Government lose some face.

What’s more, the identity of this Vice Admiral was not simple, because this Vice Admiral used to be a spy and knows a lot of secrets about the CP department…

If such a Vice Admiral fell into the hands of pirates and once those secrets were dug out, it might cause the World Government a headache!

“Vice Admiral…”

Madara coldly snorted and said indifferently, “You caught a Vice Admiral. Does it have anything to do with us?”

“Don’t say that…”

A smile appeared on Shanks’ face, “Trust me; he really has something to do with you guys. You can ask that guy Kabuto. Maybe you guys might really agree to exchange hostages!”

“Wait…”

Garp’s face was a bit ugly. His face flashed with anger, “Who did you catch? If you dare to hurt someone…”

“No, we actually got along quite well.”

Shanks shook his head and looked at his vice-captain beside him with a smile, “Benn Beckman, see if our Vice Admiral Uehara Naraku is awake. If he is awake, bring him here!”

“Oh, are we going to separate now?”

Lucky Roux shook his head and sighed, “Actually, Uehara is an interesting person. I really didn’t expect that there would be such an interesting person in the marine…”

Yes.

Red Hair Pirates met Uehara.

Originally, after Uehara left Jaya, he drove his own warship back to Marineford and also visit Enies Lobby on the way back.

As a result…

He met Red Hair Pirates.

Shanks warmly invited Uehara to be a guest on the Red Force.

As an ordinary Vice Admiral, Uehara could not refuse the invitation of a Yonko(Four Emperors).

Of course.

Shanks knew about Uehara’s past.

When Uehara was still in Baroque Works, he participated in robbing Foosha Village. After this news was spread, Shanks went to Foosha Village privately and learned about Uehara’s character from Makino.

In the past few days…

Shanks and Uehara got along well.

This Vice Admiral was not so pedantic. They were all people who had taken care of Luffy, and they had a common language in this area.

The most important thing was…

Shanks knew that Uehara was a marine spy. After he joined the marine, he personally participated in the matter of subverting Shichibukai, Crocodile!

He just doesn’t know why…

Uehara no longer carried out such a secret mission, and he was even promoted to Vice Admiral. But he seemed to be a little miserable…

At Enies Lobby’s dock.

A man wearing a marine cloak slowly walked down from Red Force. His face still seemed uneasy, as if he had done something wrong.

It was Uehara Naraku.
